According to Serebii's IV calculator, when the stat is highlighted red, it has really good IV's, so I guess it does.

Why do you ask?

I'm interested in your shiny flawless Alakazam and your flawless Ditto. Are they legit?

I can offer these:

Lv.100 Shiny Adamant Flygon
EVs: 252 Attack, 4 Sp. Def, 252 Speed
IVs: Flawless
Moves: Earthquake, Outrage, U-Turn, Stone Edge

Lv. 51 Modest Kyogre (Its Japanese and it was hack checked by Death_Mande)
EVs: None
IVs: Flawless
Moves: Water Spout, Thunder, Ice Beam, Muddy Water

He's Yanmega's but... 31/31/22/28/31/31? That matches what he posted but that's only 252 EV'd in attack, I'll have to ask him how it's trained
