After everything had finished, Nick still gazed on what stood front of him, the enigmatic legend Lugia. It's magnetism was enough to make everyone stand in their places frozen, Nick somehow mustered up courage to reply " S-sir..? W-we are V-very thankful that you rescued U-us.. can you somehow T-take U-us Back to T-treasure T-town..?", Oh my god!! Nick thought, instead of thanking Lugia more, he had given the Lugia some kind of Order, how foolish he was!! Now i'm dead, guys..? Nick asked the other's, c'mon say something.!

Briane soon found the answer to his question after the battle and everyone was beatten almost dead, it was a pokemon. Lugia. I was just passing by, Cresselia sent me over here to look if things were fine, looks like I came here at the right tiem, by the was Carrick...? Miracle is here." <Carrick? Oh well, not my buissness.> Then he started to gather up courage to thank Lugia, then Nick started up "S-sir..? W-we are V-very thankful that you rescued U-us.. can you somehow T-take U-us Back to T-treasure T-town..?" <Wow that was bold... and possibly stupid> Briane thought as he backed up a little and stuttered "T-t-t-hank y-you."

Tirus panted as he climbed onto the summit.
"I'm.....cominggggg...guysssss...." he gasped.
He looked over at the exhausted pokepals a few yards away, with a giant figure casting them all in a shadow. It was Lugia, the diving pokemon.

"L-lugia..." Tirus gawked.
Oh, it seems one of your friends has showed up. the being said to the pokepals. They looked over.

"Hey, guys," Tirus said weakly, before passing out.

Miao couldn't believe her eyes. A real Lugia had saved her! She had heard many Legends about this great Legend from her parents. Her ears swiveled back as she thought about them. She bit her lip, staring back at the Pokemon in awe.

Why is that I'm always saved by some Legendary Pokemon? she thought. She let out a sigh, retracting her claws.

"Thank you so much, Lugia," Mia said bowing. "We are very grateful to you, even if Master Cresselia sent you to look in on us."

She turned around seeing Tirus suddenly collapse. Now they had to worry about two Pokemon...well maybe not Sparky since he had been awaken. She gazed up at the clouds stretched across the sky.

Coming out from behind the rock, Mike noticed the large white and blue creature towering over the pokepals. The one and only, Lugia!

Mike has never seen a Lugia before, let alone a legendary. He went over to the other pokepals and just gazed at Lugia like he was a miracle (which he was in a sense).

Mike thanked Lugia deeply for saving his pokepal friends.

 

[Falcon Wing]

Falco was stunned at the ray of light that interrupted the whole commotion, he though It was an angel sent down from heavens. He saw it and realized it was a Legendary Pokemon, no other Pokemon could do such a thing.

WOW! I, I never thought I would see such a thing in my entire life, but why would it help us? Are the Pokepals that well known? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!

Before Falco could even go on he started to feel woozy and tired from the battle, he fell asleep, lost in thought and confused as to what was going on at that moment.

"Thank you...Legendary...P...Pokemon" He said as he fell to the ground.

Carrick was awestruck by the Pokemon, after all it was Lugia, after all Pokepals had made their thanks to the Pokemon it calmly replied " I appreciate your brave move to rescue the Togepi all by yourself, You guys are indeed worthy to be Pokepals ; C'mon now two of your friends have fainted, Lugia said smiling, let me give all of you a ride on my back - back to Treasure town, and do not worry i may be a Legend to you guys but i don't bite, he said laughing, you can call me Lugia and we are friends from now on so no need to be afraid of me, Saying this, the Pokepals had become more confident and gotten over their fear of Lugia, all of them Hopped on Lugia's back and safely taking Tirus and Falco along with them too, Lugia flew back to Treasure town, it was ofcourse that all the Pokepals would enjoy the ride, Everyone surely did, feeling the chilly wind amongst their faces, as soon as they landed on the ground, Treasure town's pokefolks become awestruk by Lugia a quabble of many tounges came from them < oh my god it's Lugia! > < Mom it's Lugia! > < Is that Lugia..? > < Lugia please Shake hands with me!! > < I want an autograph!! > Lugia laughed and said " Yeah guys it is indeed me, but first thing's first, pointing towards a still weary Togekiss after weeping so long was happy to find her child safe and sound, Lugia handed the Togepi to her Mother who in reply said " Thank you, all of you and God bless you, i can't even repay you, i'm in your debt. Suddenly Lugia replied " No!! you have to pay us!! all the Pokemon's in the Treasure town become astonished, then Lugia said " Pay us by some food, i don't know about Pokepals but i'm pretty hungry, he said laughing. All the Treasure town's folk started laughing as well, and Togekiss took along Lugia to her shop as co-incidentally she ran an Food Corner. Pokepals hurried there too, since they were famished, Carrick also used a Revive on Falco and Tirus and they regained consciousness , now to stuff ourselves Carrick said.

Lilly had fully enjoyed the ride on Lugia, now knowing that she could relax around him, and also she had enjoyed it because she knew that Lugia was careful and she would not fall off. When they got to the town there were lots of pokemon chattering and making remarks, all of them clearly surprised to see Lugia there. Lilly was in the back of the group so she didn't quite make out the conversation that flowed between Lugia and Togekiss, but her togepi was returned in a happy reunion and she took the pokepals to her food store to get a good meal. It was only then that Lilly heard her stomach rumble. Once, twice, she was feeling very hungry at this point, but she hadn't noticed because of all the excitement going on. At the store, she ate heartily, but was careful not to take more than she could eat and made shure that there waas plenty left when she was done. So much had happened that day, and although Lilly was scared out of her mind, she realized that she had been courageous compared to her formal self. The old Lilly would have run screaming from the pokepals and never returned, but today Lilly felt like she had really accomplished something and so she knew that being with the team was the best thing for her. Maybe now she would have the courage to do more and more stuff, until she could actually be called 'brave'.

Mia had really enjoyed the wonderful ride on Lugia. So now she could call this Pokemon, a 'friend'. Shrugging it away, she ate at Togekiss's food corner, the food being simply wonderful. She only ate the right amount for what she needed for she didn't want to seem greedy. She sighed with content once she was done, then went to her favorite spot to the shadows, waiting to see if anyone struck conversation if it might be worth it or if there was valuable information that they might need to hear. Keeping her ears perked, she gazed around the cafe seeing Pokemon that she had grown to know that lived in Treasure Town. None seemed to be apart of the suspsicious type which made everything feel safe, of course it wasn't to bad to eavesdrop on a few things.

"This food is so delicious!"

Bah! Not interesting...Miao swiveled her ears to here in another part of the cafe.

"Mommy, mommy, can I please ask the Lugia for an autography? Please? You think it'll let me take a ride on its back?"

Kids...Mia sighed, just about to give up when another conversation caught her attention.

"So a Lugia has finally appeared," the person laughed. "I sure hope it doesn't know anything about our stone for our master."

Stone...coud it be? Mia glanced over her shoulder and crept closer towards the Pokemon, a Machoke, Haunter, and Golem. The voice had come from the Haunter she realized. Her eyes narrowed as she continued to listen.

"Those meddling Pokepals have the stone kept somewhere," the Machoke growled. "With that Lugia around, we'll never get it back. Our plans will be ruined for our master and we'll be force to return empty handed."

"Now now," Golem replied. "We could easily take the Pokepals out. We'd just have to get Lugia away."

"But how?" Haunter questioned. "Lugia is a Legendary! We just can't make it go on some random mission. Its a friend of Cresselia, remember?"

"Of course I do!" Golem snapped. "Then we'll just have to get it out of the picture a different way. Even if it means risking one of your lives." Golem eyed his teammates who began to cower beneath its gaze.

Mia gasped to herself and dashed back towards the group. She could hardly believe what she had heard. That stone we found really is worth something and holds power than we don't even know. I have to tell Carrick! Miao was happy that finally do her job as a spy at last. She stopped below where Carrick was eating and stood up on two paws.

"Carrick.." she whispered. "I need to tell you something, its urgent!"

Carrick was heartfully eating his meal and he saw others were enjoying it too, whereas Lugia was finding it hard to manage the crowd now, since lot of pokemon were just dropping foods from their mouths, Carrick was happy and was eating gleefuly, when he was just about to begin his favourite meal and was going to land himself on a mouthful Mia came rushing in and said "Carrick.." she whispered. "I need to tell you something, its urgent!"

Mia quickly explained to Carrick what she had heard from the group of Pokemon. They still hadn't turned their heads and noticed that someone had been listening in on them, but Miao was still a bit worried if they did.

"That stone is causing us trouble all over again," she hissed. "We've got to find out what's behind it."

Before Mia could finish saying anything more, Carrick witnessed Sparky approaching those shady pokemon, Carrick thought it was time to take Lugia and others back to the base and ask Chimecho about the stone, after this thought, Carrick quickly jumped out of the chair and ran as fast as he could catching Sparky and tumbling along with him.

" Hey what's the matter!! " Sparky groaned.

 

[Falcon Wing]

"Hahaha! Kid your to weak to save your little Seviper friend! Just get out of here!"

"No, I won't leave until you stop harming it! It's defenseless!"

While unconscious, Falco was reminiscing on the incident he had with the Zangoose and the Seviper, he finally remembered all that had happened on that horrific day.

"Get out of here kid, I don't wanna hurt you" The Zangoose said to the little Chimchar.
"NO! I WONT LEAVE!" Falco replied.

"Pl...please, save yourself, just....leave me be..." The poor little Seviper muttered.

"You leave me no choice, I guess I'll just have to kill you first!" The Zangoose yelled as he ran towards Falco. "TAKE THIS" Zangoose said, slashing the little Chimchar to the ground.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH! t will take more than that to...st...stop me" Falco said as he laid on the ground.

"Im not...a quitter...got it?" Falco said as he got up and ran towards the Zangoose, he attempted to slash it but it moved out of the way right before he landed his hit, "Take this" Zangoose yelled as he slashed Chimchar on his eye.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Chimchar yelled in agonizing pain.

Out of nowhere, a mysterious Green Pokemon appeared, apparently a partner of the Blue Zangoose.

"Zangoose, it is time for us to depart. Enough of your foolish games, the boss needs us. Lets go" The green Pokemon said as he stared down the fallen Chimchar, "Why must you attack the weak? That is pathetic" He said.

"Blah blah, takes one to know one!" The Zangoose replied without so much as a second thought. "Alright lets get out of here, I'm getting bored of these cowards anyways" Zangoose said, immediately replying to his last statement.

The two pokemon walked away from the scene, both walking into the forest without even looking back in pity of the Fallen Chimchar and the harmed Seviper, truly evil Pokemon.

Falco awoken abruptly without finishing his dream on the fateful event that led to scarred memories and a scarred appearance.

"W...where am I!" Falco said as his woke up with his hand on his scarred eye.He soon remembered that he was saved by the bright pokemon while fighting the Fearow, he discovered that he was returned to Treasure Town and quickly noticed the scent of Berries around him. He walked towards the scents source, the Togekiss shop.

"Mmmmm! Berries!" Falco said as he ran towards Togekiss' shop felling renewed. He quickly arrived to the shop out of breath and saw the Togekiss at the front desk.

"HEY THERE I UMM...JUST GOT THROUGH A BIG BATTLE TRYING TO SAVE YOUR TOGEPI! AND UMMMM...IM REALLY HUNGRY, I MEAN REALLY HUNGRY, CAN YOU GET ME SOME...CHERI BERRIES, CACTUS BERRIES, AND UMM...OOHH ORAN BERRIES TOO!" Falco said with a smile.

"Woah woah! Slow down, i would like to thank you and your friends for saving my Togepi! If It weren't for the Pokepals I don't know what i would do!" Togekiss said, "Okay, ummm, Cheri Berries, Cactus berries, and Oran Berries, got it!" Togekiss said.

'Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Falco said.

Falco finally got the food he needed to restore him to his 100% self, he munched on the Oran Berries first, then the Cheri Berries, until he got to the Cactus Berry.

I will find you...Blue Zangoose, mysterious green Pokemon, your whole team. I will bring you to justice.

After his brief thought, Falco took a hard chomp out of the Cactus berry. "This is only the beginning, don't worry, I'll become strong! I promise, I owe it to that little Seviper!" He yelled.

Mia raced over to Carrick and Sparky. She unsheathed her claws and placed them near Sparky's face.

"Those three are nothing but trouble," she whispered. "I heard them talking and they're planning to take the stone back plus hurt us and maybe even Lugia." Miao glanced cautiously at the Golem, Machoke, and Haunter who were still eating and talking amongst themselves. The Haunter caught her eye making Mia flinch away. "Let's just go." She turned to go when the Haunter flew over to them.

"You're Team Pokepals right?" he questioned.

Mia gulped. "Yeah we are, what's it to ya? Not trying to be rude or nothing."

"Well nice to meet you all. We're Team Nightshade and just wanted to congratulate you all for a job well done on rescuing that Togepi. I'm sure Togekiss was very pleased of you all."

Miao exchanged a glance with her teammates before nodding. They're not going to fool Me-owth. "Nice to meet you too."

The Haunter nodded the flew back over to his commrads. Something about the Haunter made Mia shiver. It brought back memories of the night where she first met Master Cresselia. She remembered the words her master had told her after she had almost fallen over the cliff. 'That was the work of Darkrai's forces...' Mia's tail began to twitch as she thought about it. If that had been one of Darkrai's forces, it had to be some ghost pokemon that had been messing with her that night, she was sure of that. Could it have possibly been this Haunter?

OOC: Ooooh, plot twist!

Karzai poked around at his meal. He wondered why he wasn't to interested in Lugia, it was a once-in-a-lifetime thing, after all. He felt another sharp pain in the back of his head. To much stress today, with the Skorupi and the Fearow. He just thought about things. All of a sudden, he felt a sudden twinge of strange feeling. He heard a voice say something, but couldn't make it out, as his head became heavy, yet his mind very light. What did that guy say? Cryptonic? Hyonatris? Karzai giggled and his face fell into his meal.

'Dream Eater' said a voice. Karzai opened his eyes. A floating fist punched him. While he lay, the hand picked him up and another hand came out, sticking 2 fingers into his eyes. He screamed as he felt his very thoughts being stolen. New thoughts filled his mind, until he was a completely different Pokemon.

"YOU ARE KARZAI. YOU ARE AN UNDERCOVER AGENT TRYING TO STEAL A GEM FOR TEAM NIGHTSHADE. YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS, OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES." The voice trailed off...

Karzai put his head up, and everyone was staring at him. He suddenly recognized the faces. They were the Pokepals, enemies of Team Nightshade. He smirked, and thought about his plan to return that rock for his master. He looked at the team of weaklings before him.

"Sorry guys, just a bit tired," he said, scratching the back of his head. He ate his food and planned on how he would steal the stone for his masters.

After everyone had finished eating everyone headed back to the base with Lugia along with them, Surprisingly chimecho was back and soon asked a a question " is this the stone you bought back from the cave..? " she asked pointing towards the stone.

" Yes it is, Carrick said is something the matter..? ", he asked Chimecho with a worried face.

" Yes it is, this stone belong to .. Darkrai "

What!! How!! Oh my god!! and lot of such phrases came from the mouths of Pokepals, was it really Darkrai's precious stone..? Was this Team Nightshade after as Mia said..? were they Minions of Darkrai..?

Chimecho silenced everyone and came up " Ok Pals i need to tell you something really important and this is really very big, So let me begin Darkrai is ofcourse a savage pokemon but a clever one he once hada possession of a Stone called ' Vortex ' this Vortex allowed a particular pokemon to split his soul and put them into other objects, so yes it is as you are thinking Darkrai split his souls into ten Various forms, and one being this stone but this stone right now does not seem to radiate any energy; Anyway so yes sadly Darkrai is immortal but he can be destroyed if all his souls are destroyed.. but we have no idea in which and what object or thing is soul lies so possible we'll have to followe our instincts, as i heard the pokemon of the Cave you visited were probably disturbed because of the stone right..? I've got news that the same thing is happening in Figde Forests, so i announce your first Expedition Pokepals!! Prepare yourselfs and get ready to go in there and destroy any thing you possibly feel contains Darkrai's soul or if you have anything in mind like that ; Also co-incidentally a Time-Gear lies there too, so yes you may meet some guardian ; i'm allowing you to go at such a tender stage so please take care. "

For a split second Pokepals were surprised it was all of a sudden ; but then they decided to prepare themselves.

" Hey you guys!! ", Exploud Roared loudly, Come here i have something for you."

Upon hearing what chimecho had to say, Lilly was first shocked, then scared, then had an unusual rush of courage. She had to prepare for this expedition, and she might need a lot of stuff to do so, after all, she was still very young and weak. She was about to head off when she heard Exploud shout ot something to the group in his monstrous voice. "Hey you guys!! Come here, I have something for you." Curious to see what the something was, Lilly happily trotted over.

Upon entering the Pokepals base, Chimecho had an important message for the Pokepals! Falco never really got to know the Chimecho and how he was like, so he was really interested in what it had to say. During the message, Falco did not make a sound because he wanted to hear everything Chimecho had to say. Falco had never heard much about Darkrai, so this was very important to him. Upon hearing thee powers of Darkrai, Falco became very nervous,

I...I can't believe it! A pokemon with the ability to become immortal! This is crazy!

As Falco almost got lost in thought as he usually does, he heard Chimecho talk about a Time-Gearand It quickly got his attention.

"Also co-incidentally a Time-Gear lies there too, so yes you may meet some guardian" Chimecho stated.

Falcon then wondered what a Guardian was, he had so many questions he decided to ask the Chimecho before he got prepared for the expedition, but before he could even think about taking one step he heard a LOUD noise that irritated his sensitive ears,


" Hey you guys!! ", Exploud Roared loudly, Come here i have something for you."

The loud Exploud almost destroyed the little Chimchar's eardrums! "Woah he's loud!" Falco said as he looked towards the Exploud. "I think he has something important to say, I think I should check him out before I go prepare for the expedition" Falco said as he walked towards the loud Exploud.

Mia blinked, holding up the Brave Badge. This was something she thought she'd never get, but then again they all had been doing a very good job.

"Well this is something good," she meowed. "But anyway, I think its time we get down to business." She turned to Sparky. "You're researcher so you should do some on this stone. I guess I can go do some on those Team Nightshade while the rest of you go to that Forest. If that sounds ok?"

She wasn't sure if Carrick would agree since she wasn't leader after all and she didn't want to take over. But Team Nightshade had her very curious and she just had to know more about them, including this Haunter. She just had to not get herself hurt.
