    Info: Basically this is a thread where I take on ANYONE who wants to battle me. Post when I'm on and we'll battle immediately. Post when I'm not on and I will get back to you. SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE: This was created partially as life support for the Battle Stadium.


    RULES(read them, know them, love them):
    1. NO HACKS
    2. Ubers aren't allowed unless we decide otherwise before battle(defined below)
    3. Item Clause-no 2 Pokemon may carry the same item
    4. Species Clause-no 2 Pokemon on your team may be of the same species(pre-evolutions are exempt)
    5. Sleep Clause-no 2 Pokemon may be at Sleep at the same time(Rest/Metronome are exempt)
    6. OHKO Clause-no 1 Hit KO moves may be used(Metronome and Perish Song are exempted)
    7. Hax Clause-no Quick Claw, King's Rock, or similar items
    8. Evasion Clause-no moves that raise or lower Evasion(Metronome is exempt)
    9. Accuracy Clause-no using moves that raise or lower Accuracy(Metronome is exempt as always)
    10. Weather Clause-no Sunny Day, Sandstorm, or other weather moves(Metronome is exempt)


    Ubers(as defined for this thread):
    -Arceus
    -Deoxys(all forms)
    -Darkrai
    -Garchomp
    -Wobbuffet
    -Giratina
    -Mew
    -Mewtwo
    -Dialga
    -Palkia
    -Rayquaza
    -Groudon
    -Kyogre
    -Ho-oh
    -Lugia
    NOTE: Latios, Wynaut, and Manaphy are allowed.

    That's about it. LET THE BATTLES BEGIN!!!

    What the...? Life Orb isn't a Hax item. o.o ​
     
    Yes....it only functions occasionally(based on luck), and is therefore a hax item.

    actually its not banned by any (known) leagues because it's not considered a hax item (no chance factor) and there's no reason to ban it
     
    Just wanted to point out that I agree with World King and vidgamer4, Life Orb is NOT a hax item.

    I'm not looking for a battle (Don't have a team yet), but I just wanted to say a couple things.
    - I've never heard of an "accuracy clause". It all falls under evasion clause, which is no moves that increase your evasion, or lower your opponent's accuracy.
    - Second, I believe Acupressure is considered legal, since it only has a chance of increasing your evasion.
    - Your ubers list is totally wrong. Wynaut is considered Uber, same as Latios and Manaphy. Latias is allowed though.

    I wouldn't mind having a battle with you once I train a pokemon team.
     
    Accuracy Clause: so nobody(generally noobs)have any loopholes to exploit.
    Acupressure: I'll check that.
    Ubers: This is based upon MY consideration of Ubers, NOT Smogon's. Frankly, if you look at stats, Wynaut, Latios, and Manaphy stick out as being considerably low compared to the rest of the Ubers. Not to mention the fact that many Ubers have few, if any, weaknesses. However, a few well-placed Grass or Electric moves, and Manaphy would certainly go down(haven't tested that yet, so don't take my word for it).
