Hiya guys! :) My name is Cecilia (known as Rozu) and I've decided to make a shop here in A&D for the first time~ For now I'm just making avatars but I might expand my services but fo now I'm just your little avatar creator! C: I don't have much equipment but I do have a good eye for anime and art so I think I could help you! :3 Plus my services also include searching for signatures, if necessary. Question time! What kind of effects are you using to enhance the icons? What sort of program do you use? How long has you been editing and making icons? Give us a little background on your avatar making skills.
