I don't RNG for IV's, so I'll get as close as possible, but not guaranteeing. I also require full rights to trade.

You don't have to RNG to get those IVs.. just rebreed. I would do it myself but I'm to lazy and im busy ev trianing.

I need some help breeding a Morning Sun Growlithe, do you have any Growlithe/Ponyta/Smeargle with Morning Sun, or a Dex filler Espeon? If you do I think we can work something out.
