I remember that epsisote, In my opinion its one of the best ones made, not only did it feature Growlithe in it but it gave a rare rounding out for one of the major characters and his personality (by seeing his past).

I don't see why not. From what I know, Growlithe is supposed to be playfull(sometimes), so I doubt it would have a dry, scratchy tongue.
