When I first saw Arcanine I thought that it was a legendary like Entei or something ^^ Except I only thought that it was a legendary when Entei wasn't 'made' yet ^^

I dont know. I never give my Pokemon nicknames probably because I can never think of one XD. But if I had to, I'm sure something would come up that Growlithe/Arcanine would agree on.
