Attack the 'someone' who is hurting the baby Growlithes with... ummm like flamethrower or take down.

My guess would be that Arcanine would attack that someone, trying to drive the being off, especially if that being has managed to hurt one of the Growlithe cubs. The someone would probably suffer burns from Arcanine's flamethrower attack or could be bleeding bad from bitemarks.

Just like what everyone said, Arcanine would attack that 'someone', most probably with Flamethrower. Then the 'someone' walks away, then Arcanine chases after them ^_^

Arcanine would knock them away from the Growlithes, then it would would Flamethrower them to make them run. While their running, Arcanine would use Extremespeed to catch up and then send 'em flying with Flame Wheel. A lesson they'll never forget.

Team Rocket tried to steal an Arcanine's baby Growlithes in 'On Cloud Arcanine'. Then they tried to steal Arcanine when she went after them.

But in the end it was a happy ending.
