I have tried PS but I just want to know how do you make pretty themes..

Well we can start off with the basics.

Go to file > new layer > type in size > click ok.
Go to the brush tool, and then wiz around the brushes a little. Copy a picture (ctrl+c) and and then paste (ctrl + v) and then move the image around with the ctrl button and your mouse. Cut out the background in the picture using the magic wand tool, which looks like a... magic wand. xD;

So there you have it, a very basic banner. ^^;

Oh thats easy ^^ it has the same technique as PSP (paint shop pro) sorry I also want to know how do you reflect the image in the banner?
