Photoshop pwns. It's not necessary to make nice themes though. I've made several of my themes, including this one, without Photoshop. XD

Yeah, I used Paint and Microsoft Publisher to make my current theme. I love the simplicity of Paint, so I like to use it whenever I can. I use Paint to make all my sprites. XD

It's just the greatest for starting everything off.. I use paint probably as much at least as photoshop.

It's the starting program. You use it to practise then you can get the other programs like photoshop.
