That's not true at all. I got my raquaza from a very close friend/neighbor and he got it from embed tower in HG and SS. Don't accuse other people as hacking when the haven't even if you don't want to trade.

Yes, if you wanted to trade for a Pokemon you could offer whatever you want and I would reply saying whether I liked the offer or not.

As of right now though I am taking free breeding requests which is detailed in my first post if you were interested. :)
