    It says in the FAQ that users get +1 rep-altering power for:
    • every 500 posts;
    • every 30 points of rep accumulated;
    • every 100 days.
    The first two work fine, but what I'm wondering is how the last one works.
    Is it for every 100 days the account has been active / every 100 days since the rep system was re-enabled / every 100 days without giving rep, or what?

    If it's for every 100 days the account was active, then I don't think it is functioning properly.
    If it's the second one - when was the rep system re-enabled?
    If it's the third, then it's just stupid.

    Thanks.

    It's every 100 days since the re-enable. The rep system was brought back on April 11th, 2008.

    Are the other two also based on since the re-enable?

    It's been 176 days since the re-enable (if calculated correctly). Do we need to be active for 100 days or just have the account exist for that time?

    I ask because I'm only giving +2 rep when it's supposed to be +3.
    Not much of a deal here, but it might affect other people if they're more well-achieved.

    Well of course 30+ rep is, since you couldn't obtain any before it. Everything concerning rep started at the re-enable, simple as that. And just the account exist for that time. I'd think it'd get far too complicated if it concerned actual activity.

    Well, how many posts have you racked up since April 11th, that's probably the stat that's swaying things, I'd think. o.0

    Where would I find that out?
    My statistics log only goes back to September 3rd and it includes posts that don't count.
