was looking around at old cards and stumbled upon this thing, I doubt it would get a good psa grade but was wondering if anyone's ever seen a card like this? My brother is going to send it in to be graded in the near future.

I don't think i've seen the holo misaligned like that before.

Probably not worth grading since they'll ding you for that, but I'd bet that card would be worth a premium to a misprint collector though.
