Hey there, i have 2 questions about the Sticky Sticky like glue! threads. Whatever, now.
Q1: How do you make those guys called Sticky threads?

Q2: Does those threads can be revived? Example:

Game Development rule: Don't revive threads that aren't posted at if 2 months past.

Can this be revived?

Stickies are made by mods or admins. They're almost always important threads in the section.

Usually threads that are stickied are exempt from the "no revival" rule. If they're stuck, they're official and important. If you aren't allowed to post in them, typically they're just closed. I'd say they're fair game.

Just to clarify, the staff only need to "stick" a thread. They don't need to post it in the first place.
