this year was kind of a let down and if spring season is the only season I enjoyed, then the anime industry really needs to step up for more and better stuff.
because of the lack of anime I watched this year, this opinion shall not be taken to serious.
what and why I think the following anime is my anime of the year?
Well first of all it's Oregairu, also know as my teen romantic comedy school snafu.
after reading the light novel till volume 10 I was really excited to see how the adaption will turn out. well it was well done. sure as someone who reed the original material can be nitpicking at some points (I kinda felt sad that only 70% of the LN content was put into it). and yes for someone who didnt reed it will sometimes get lost at some parts of the story, because a few scene were not in the first season of the anime.
BUT STILL!
the story was well placed and the voice actinf was believeable. also quite refreshing to see Hikigaya in action again (by that I mean his plans to solve problems). also while there are sone clichees in it, they are here for purpose because of hikigaya. the drama at the last arc was quite awesome and also build well. the only let down been the last 2 episode. why? because that cliffhanger thou. wasnt even a real conclusion in volume 11.
which frustrate most fans and gets us (I think everyone so us) the feeling of unsatisfing decision. (should have ended at volume 10 with the story and not progress without forcing the author continue without even confirming if he weote it fine). I believe the third season (if there will be one) will tie things up very nicly. if there wont be a third season then I guess fans have to start reading the original material. (fan translation still "hard to fin because of a new fantranslator).
also did I mentioned that the first season kinda got forgotten while the 2nd season got hyped? that also should say something. also another thing that made me a bit think of it is the animation. while I enjoyed the animation of the first season, I cant deny that I had a hard time to get used to the new one. it just felt like a huge difference (which again it is). its not bad but for someone who liked hachimans design at the first season will probably miss it. I think they wanted to stay true to the manga version.
Quick summary: dissappointing year, lack of anime I watched because didnt felt like it was good, oregairu was for me the best, read above for reason, one punch man still pending for me at least.

Phantasy Star Online 2 animation
Tokyo Ghoul 3 (if I got the announcement correct).
Ace Attorney animation
Danganeonpa 3 (and the game too)
SAO Movie
Shoukugeki no Soma (if the announcment of season 2 is right)
have to still inform me for more but thats currwntly it.
