  • Had to really think about this, whether to put it under Music or under Television. Hello, I'm Allen and this is a special thread for a mini series of 3 special sets that I've put together while we're in the holiday mood. These sets feature themes and songs from a number of TV shows that I still remember after all these years. Initially I was going to make it one massive set but the list of series I compiled made me reconsider so I got 3 instead. Part 1 has themes from mainly action series. Parts 2 and 3 are on the way, if you like Part 1 then please look forward to the other two. Just like in my Tuning for Toons series, I recommend listening to these sets without looking at the tracklist until the end. It'll be more fun that way, find out how many themes you can still recognise and which shows you might have forgotten. Feel free to leave any information, comments, memories, trivia etc about your favourite shows and hopefully we get a discussion going about them.

If there are any credits I've gotten wrong or left out which you know of please let me know. Enjoy!

  • Too Real for My TV! (Part 2)

Here is Part 2 if you enjoy a little drama on your TV screens every now and again. Before you jump into it, I have to let you know about a couple of the themes in this set. First one is the Martial Law theme, I apologise for the lousy audio quality. Second one is the U.S. intro theme for Providence, I will include that one in Part 3 because I mixed up the song titles and got another song instead. The actual intro theme is a Chantal Kreviazuk cover version of In My Life by The Beatles while the song that you'll hear is one of Chantal's own tunes In This Life. Sorry about all this. Enjoy Part 2 and we will meet again for what I can confirm will be a very epic Part 3 to close out this fun mini series.

  • [2020 Holidays Specials] Too Real for My TV! (Part 3)

No need to rush through this one, take your time because it's almost 3 hours long :) family and comedy are the themes here, nice way to finish this mini series. The only minor issues with Part 3 are some of the 90s themes which have poor audio, them old themes aren't easy to find in better condition. I also missed my cue a couple of times so be prepared for one or two moments of silence. Thank you if you've listened to Part 1 and Part 2, and if you liked Too Real for My TV! you can dive into my other series and catch up there. Until next year, take care!
