Introduction ♪"image removed"

As children we aspire to become many things, our dreams seeming a lifetime away. It's not until during the later stages of our lives are most of us able to make our dreams reality. How our dreams and goals impact the world around us is entriely up to us, and the choices we make. Some of us are lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to strive and achieve, more, still waiting to have the chance, many yet, don't get a chance at all. ​

With life so short as it is, making the most of our time here is crucial and these 12 individuals (you!) will be able to do exactly that. You'll be able to show, to prove to everyone, to the world, that you can achieve, you can dream, you can turn what seems fantasy into reality. Not only this, not only will you learn new things about yourself, develop new skills, but you'll win a wopping *image removed*1,000,000! The only obstacle in your way is the wilderness and eachother as you try and survive. Friendships will be made, alliances will be formed, secrets and vital information will weave itself into the game - if your lucky enough to squeeze it out of its hiding places. Stay sharp, sneaky and strategic.​

The game will be set on a tropical island far from civilisation, contacts to family & friends will be available, but you'll have to earn them. Life for the next 36 days will be harsh, nothing like you've ever experienced. You'll need to gather resources, find water, food, develop some sort of camp and other things to make your life on the island more pleasurable.​

Strapped with your skydiving suit and gear, you descend into the open void of the sky, falling serenely through the air, the rush of the wind making your skin tingle, the shine of the sun flickering into your eyes. What seemed to be an ant seconds before, slowly became clearer; Poke Island, waiting for you to travel and live in the depths of its contents. With your dramatic arrival you're welcomed by your host, Fred Anderson, shading himself from the sun with his blue cap, blue striped shirt and qhite shorts. His Ludicolo singing a merry tune and shuckle happily eating some oran berries washed up onto the shore.​

"Welcome Surivors. Here you'll spend the following 36 days surviving the wilderness and each other to win 1,000,000 pokedollars. I'll let you mingle amongst yourselves; get to know your fellow players. When your ready head off with your tribe to your tribal camp."​

He hands you your bandetta, with your tribe's logo, colour and name. (Either; Loona with black and a Lunatone, or Sola with orange and a Solrock)​

Rules & Game Mechanics ♪"image removed"

As all ropleays need, just some basic rules:

• Please don't God Mod.​
• Please, don't make your character perfect. It ruins the fun.​
• If you attack another player when battling, the opponent decides if it makes contact etc.​
• If you have any issues feel free to contact myself via the OCC thread or in private.​
• Please stay active, activity plays quite a crucial role in the flow of the game and I'll be checking your activity with the RP boards to see if you will stay active enough.​
• HAVE FUN! That's the most important out of all, thats the point of making this, so enjoy yourself.​
• Please, it'd be much appreciated if you keep your posts at least 1 paragraph in length.​

The aim of the game is simple: Make it to the end, be one of the three remaining players. Of course, you need to ensure your character makes it through in one piece, so creating a camp, foraging for food is essential. To 'surivive' (win) one must be witty, sneaky and manipulative. Well, thats one way to play it. There is a pelthora of strategies for one to use, create one of your own! be creative! Afer all its YOUR game.​

• Tribes: You are split into two tribes, which will be your family for majority of the game. In these tribes, you can choose to make friends, or enemies, even start an early alliance. Note: Tribes can merge and change at any point in the game. The tribes are: Loona with the mascot of Lunatone and Sola with the mascot Solrock.

• Challenges: During the duration of your stay, you will be presented with many challenges often rewarding the individual, or tribe winners with rewards. Sometimes this can include immunity.​

• Elimination: At least 1 a real life week (don't want it too quick, buuut always up for suggestions) the losing tribes or inbdividual without immunity have to vote for one member amongst themselves to leave the tribe. PM me the votes. Note: Once you're eliminated you're not out of the RP, you are given another role. The eliminated contestants are the antagonists, they want revenge and will stirr the pot with the remaining contenders making their lives on the island hell. Also, the eliminated contestants will ultimately decided out of the remainnig three survivors who will win. (One vote each)​

• Immunity: Immunity basically allows someone to stay automatically in the game. This means they cannot be voted out at that tribal council. However, if one acquires the hidden immunity idol they may hold onto this for as long as they like, however, they can only use this once, and aren't safe from elimination if they choose not to use it during a tribal council. To be a contender to recieve an idol, simply choose a number between 1-20 and the closest will recieve it. It is up to the individual if they choose to reveal this info.​

Also, finally, you are able to PM or VM other RP'ers to discuss private matters such as alliances and who to vote out etc.​

As a girl she knew many Pokemon. At school she was never very popular. Her bff's name was viki. They were bffs until Alyssa had to leave school to become a stronger trainer.
Personality. She is nice strong and curious. Her curiosity has gotten her into trouble. She has always been kind towards Pokemon. Especially grass Pokemon.
She hAs a hot temper and let's just say you do not want to get her angry. As a girl she was always bullied by boys because she was stronger than them. As she grew she became loving and caring.

Name: "Big Mike" Sinensis

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Personality: Big Mike is a simple, good ol' boy, with an easy-going manner and an old-country mindset. He's an honest person who doesn't believe in lying, cheating, or stealing to get ahead. He tries to be kind to people, because cruelty doesn't help anybody. But you only get one warning if you offend him, and while everybody deserves a second chance, no one deserves a third. A friendly sort, he offers aid to all who need it, so long as he can still take care of his own needs.

Mike loves having fun, and part of the reason he signed up was for the pure adventure of the experience. He like meeting new people and having a good time, and even laughs if he's the target of a joke. He's loyal to his friends and to his word, and a deal or contract made with Mike is a deal that's sure to be kept, unless he ends up being thrown under the bus.

Appearance: Mike is 6' 3", 200 lbs., with a solid, muscular build. His reddish-orange hair is kept in a tidy mullet, the back reaching his shoulders. His eyes are dark green, the color of cut grass or old money. He has a plain face, with a large, flat nose, a square jaw, and a few freckles below his eyes. His skin is darkly tanned, save for his chest and upper arms: a classic farmer's tan.

He prefers simple clothing. He wears black work boots, made of black leather with a steel toe. He wears faded blue jeans with a worn leather belt, and a red short-sleeved Western shirt tucked in. He wears no hat, and always has a toothick held in the left side of his mouth.

History: Mike was born on a farm near Olivine City in the Johto region. His family's farm was the largest purveyor of Oran Berries in all of Johto, and had close ties with the nearby MooMoo Farm. He was raised to work with Pokemon and to produce Berries. It's all he does, and all he knows.

As he grew, he worked on the farm in between his schooling, never having much of a social life. He learned how to handle the business side of the farm as well as the physical labor side. The family hade enough money to send him to a fancy school in Violet City, where he graduated with a business degree. He returned in time to take over ther farm from his parents, who were elderly and had long since reached retirement age. He ran the farm as it had been run when he was young, but with his fancy schoolin', he realized there were several problems. The farm was consistantly losing money. With the recent surge of Trainers demanding more Berries and Berry products, the rising demand couldn't be met, and the farm needed to fix itself up and expand, along with a host of other problems.

Then Big Mike heard about Survivor: Pokestyle, and the 1,000,000 PokeDollar reward. It sounded like an entertaining and profitable way to spend a few weeks, and it wouldn't even cost that much. Big Mike resolved to enter immediately.

Tribe: Loona

Sample of RP: "Okay, big guy, you're up next!" The instructor points to Big Mike, yelling over the rush of the wind. Mike stands up, his knees a little shaky. He approaches the door, looking at the island below. "You ready?" The instructor grins, looking Mike in the face. Mike gulps, checking his gear. "Not really, but-" "Good!" The instructor grabs Mike by the shoulders, pushing him out of the chopper. "Welcome to Survivor!"

Mike plummets through the sky, getting his bearings as he falls. Okay, okay, it's fine. The island's right there, just pull your chute and land. He pulls the cord, deploying the parachute. Now to just drift on down to shore. He exhales, starting to enjoy himself. The breeze carries him slowly, the bright blue mass below slowly approaching.

Wait.

Blue?

With a splash, Mike lands in the ocean fifteen foot away from shore. He struggles tol his feet, the water reaching his chest. He slowly trudges to shore, water dripping off his flight suit. An assistant helps him out of his parachute as the host greets him, smiling the whole time. "Welcome Surivors. Here you'll spend the following 36 days surviving the wilderness and each other to win 1,000,000 pokedollars. I'll let you mingle amongst yourselves; get to know your fellow players. When your ready head off with your tribe to your tribal camp." Big Mike is given his black bandana and pointed to the rest of his team.

Name: Cadmus Carmondy

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance: Cadmus measures exactly 6 feet and 2 inches tall. He has a stocky, well muscled body that weighs a surly 192 lbs. Atop his head rests a crown of golden blond hair that is kept no longer than a neat inch. Dynamically thin eyebrows a bit darker than his hair perch at the bottom of his forehead, and a slender, pointed nose claims the center of Cadmus' face. Flanking it on both sides are two eyes that resemble ice; they have the transparency of grey eyes but are consumed with a faint blue. His chin is sharp and is supported by a strong, square jawline. Cadmus' skin is mildly tan in warmer months and mildly pale in times of less sunlight.

Cadmus is fond of airy, athletic clothing. He dons bulky but stylish basketball shoes, black with white and purple accents. Mesh shorts of any color of the rainbow and plain t-shirts make up his casual outfits, and black compression shirts and shorts make up his workout clothing.

Personality: Cadmus is quite outgoing. Though he is subconsciously judgmental, he rarely acts on these judgments and is fairly friendly with most people. He's particularly friendly with women, though some might just call that being flirtatious. He expects to get what he wants as he's been accustomed to. Cadmus' trust is easily earned and he hands out his undying loyalty with minimal merit. Dont worry, he still saves plenty of himself for himself. While not necessarily cocky and verbally self-absorbed, he cares a great deal about his image and appearance and has devoted a sizable portion of his life to maintaining it. Though this has led him to having a health-freak, sanitized mindset.

The abilities to lie and act naturally have plagued Cadmus for his entire life. He realizes these traits aren't especially honorable but struggles to keep them at bay, particlarly when his desires are the prize. This reveals Cadmus' main internal conflict- his concience. He has a clear gauge of right and wrong but often falls into temptation despite knowing better. In his hometown, Cadmus acquired a bit a trouble-maker, womanizer status over the years, though everyone knew he truly had a pure heart. Competitiveness runs through his veins. He's very driven and persistent when his mind is set on a goal. While usually maintaining a level head, Cadmus can be provoked into his raging temper if the ones who hold his loyalty are threatened, though he brushes off personal attacks easily enough.

When it comes to emotions, Cadmus is very guarded and hesitant, usually strategically shifting the spotlight onto something else. Again, he's gifted at lying so this doesn't require much effort. He's willing to share most of himself with the world, but the feelings that bubble inside of him are private.

History: Cadmus grew up in Sandgem City, Sinnoh, with his older sister, Finna, and his mother. His father ditched Cadmus' family when Cadmus was 4 and fled to Hoenn to start his new family. His mother, who had always been a pampered, vain woman, was stripped of half of her previous wealth in the process and hardened into a bitter, laboring woman. Finna took on the responsibilities of watching Cadmus for the next 7 or 8 years, growing up far too fast and hardening like her mother. Despite living in such a dreary atmosphere, Cadmus was still able to shine. Even at a young age he had made plenty of friends at school and developed into a popular kid quickly. When he turned 12, Cadmus started to take an interest in Pokemon and it was not long before he caught onto the battling craze. Finna, who was denied such a hobby, began engineering animosity towards Cadmus out of jealousy. His mother disapproved of such low-class behavior but had little time to parent her children anyway, as she had stepped up and taken to a working life for her children.

Upon hitting his early teens, Cadmus took an interest in the girls that had taken an interest in him. Pokemon battling moved down to second on his list as he started to dip into sports, weight lifting, partying. As he got older, his reputation spread. All of Sandgem was at least aware of who Cadmus Carmondy was, and he had few enemies. He did cause trouble a bit, but never anything too serious. Anyone who didn't like him probably didn't because he bounced around between girls so frequently. Life was enjoyable for him, until he went home. Both his mother and Finna would scold Cadmus for his behaviors, poor grades, lack of respect, etc, and always noted how they both carried all of the responibility in the family. Despite only recieving reproaching words, Cadmus kept an optimistic head, which only irritated the women. The atmosphere eventually became so tense that, once he graduated from school (with no honors and a C average), the boy immediately fled to Pastoria City for a job working in the Great Marsh. Finna and his mother refuse to speak to him now, having bore all the hardship while Cadmus grew up just so he could abandon them. It's quite a touchy subject, and he's cut back a bit on partying and women to focus on keeping his job. Well, until he found out that he would be competing on Survivor for a million Pokedollars. He's currently recessed into his old self, prepping for drama and action.

Tribe: Sola

RP Sample: The roaring engine was defeaning, yet Cadmus still caught the quesition: "Ready?". His skydiving mentor, standing next to the open door in the side of the plane, curled his arm around the 19 year old's back, an impenetrable barrier to keep Cadmus from backing out. But he had no intentions of backing out. Two weeks of training just for this brief fall and the young man had no doubts about it- his handsome self would not end up splattered on the beach. He stepped to the edge of the floor, feeling the violent air ripple around. And he knees trembled.

Yes, Cadmus was nervous, but not because of the dive only a few seconds in his future. He had developed a strategy for the gameshow, and that was that he couldn't let himself develop any attachments to his teammates, as he would be so prone to do. He knew how the game worked, that the weakest link would have to be voted off every week, and no personal feelings were going to jeopardize that if he really wanted to win. Which he was going to, there was no doubt about it. He had a solid year's worth of experience navigating through the wilderness from working in the Great Marsh. The man's icy eyes momentarily diverted downwards, to his chest. The black compression shirt was strecthed over his ripping upper body. Strength, another advantage.

He recalled now the debate that had sparked over his black outfit, as his compression shorts were also black. They had provided him with advice, which was really like a demand, that black would absorb too much of the sun's heat, while white would keep his body cooler by reflecting the solar light. And Cadmus explained that this was his signature outfit, his good luck clothes. His angent provided a compromise; just a white top. When Cadmus declined, his agent tossed a white top to him, imploring him to at least try it on. Cadmus threw it back.

"Show some team spirit, won't you?" The others in the meeting room gave him quizzical looks. Cadmus clarified, "We should be embracing the sun. In case you've forgotten, I'm Team Sola!" Many pairs of eyes rolled, yet no other arguments were thrown around. Maybe they were just content with his enthusiasm for the show, however tacky it may be. Who cares about the reason, really.

Recalling this victory, a smirk smeared over Cadmus' handsome face, and he turned to the mentor. "Ready to kick some ass, if that's what you mean." And he leaped into the sky before the man could react.

Personality: Rafael is a sweet boy. He wouldn't do anything to hurt anybody. He is afraid of getting his heart again. He is also very gullible and people take advantage of that all the time. He can never stay mad or hold a grudge against anybody. Rafael can never say he hates somebody because he probably doesn't hate them. The only way he will generally hate some one is if they are better then him or they make fun of him.

He is very book smart but not street smart. He falls in love to easily and that leads to heart break. He is one of those people who would only fight if his life depended on it. Nobody has ever seen him mad because he almost never is. He is usually always happy unless you get on his nerves then he gets mad. When hes mad he probably would walk off toward the water. The only thing he hates is losing.

Appearance: Rafael is about 5 foot 4 and is really skinny. He has blonde hair that usually covers his light blue eyes. He usually wears a red plaid shirt and blue jeans. His favorite shoes to wear are his black Nike's. He has a light skin color and a scar on his left arm. He has somewhat small hands and feet. When hes not wearing his plaid shirt and blue jeans he is wearing a pair of sweat pants and a white t-shirt. Although he almost never takes off his shoes because he loves them to much.

History: Ever since Rafael was a little kid he wanted to be a master at everything. He was hoping to achieve those dreams one day but he didn't know how. Then he started to lose hope of being the best at anything. By the age of 10 Rafael had completely lost hope. He fell into a deep depression.

When he was 11 he accidentally cut his left arm and it left a permanent scar. He was starting to get out of his depression and at the age of 12 he was fully recovered and better. When he was 13 he adopted a new attitude and a Pichu from the daycare. At the age 14 he found out he was going to the mysterious Poke Island for a chance to win 1,000,000 Poke dollars.

He slowly started climbing down the tree still smiling like always. When he got to the bottom he was greeted by the host.

@ Rafael p and Whistle A Tune - Firstly great SU Rafael p, but I have only one issue; its just that some sections are a little too short. I know I mentioned 'short pararaphs' but I need just a tad more information regarding his Appearanced and Personality, probably 2 lines more for each and it'd be spot on. :3 As for Whistle A Tune, sounds great can't wait for the rest of it, interesting character. Personality: Bella is a kind person, who tries her best to get along well with people. Although when annoyed, Bella can lash out and people begin to dislike her. She is mostly calm and easy to get along with, and sometimes she can be a little too caring, making people avoid her. Bella is very enthusiastic about the things she does, and this is what she calls her weakness. She joined Survivor because she knew that she could improve her Team Work and Social skills, as well as win the whopping 1,000,000 Poke.​

Appearance: Bella has long brown hair down to her waist, which she wairs in a long plait, and wears tight denim shorts with a purple t-shirt with a knot tied in the corner. She has long legs and her feet are wearing brown sandals. She has big blue eyes, and small ears, and is always wearing her silver locket her mother gave to her as a good luck charm, containing a picture of a Chatot.
History: When she was just a little girl, Bella aspired of becoming a Nurse and working with sick or injured Pokemon. She would play with the doctor's toy sets and fill medicine cups with water, imagining what being a Pokemon Nurse would be like. her inspiration was Nurse Joy from the local Pokemon Center in Pewter City.​

As she grew older, Bella still carried the same dream, until she was 18 years old, and decided that she would try something different after failing a year 12 test: a Pokemon Battle against the headmaster with her two pokemon, Staryu and Tyrouge. She re-tested the year after and passed the test, graduating from Trainer's School, where she trained hard to become a Beauty Trainer. It was only after 3 years of vigourous training and battles that Bella realised her true potential, and decided that she would stock up on items and potions, and beat the Elite 4 and Champion of Kanto. But there was only one problem: Bella couldn't find work, and she had no money. that meant no items and no chance.​

When Bella heard about Survivor: Pokestyle, the fun, and the 1,000,000 Poke, she decided that she just couldn't resist. She had entered. She only had one chance to make her new dream come true. This was it.​

Tribe: Loona​

Sample of RP: This is it. Thought Bella as she stood up from her seat. The man standing near the door of the helicopter signalled for her to come over and stand near the open door. Bella nodded, and walked over to the man, the wind from outside ruffling her hair and drying out her eyes. She put her arm in front of her eyes to shield them from the wind as the man near the door fastened a parachute onto her back. He tapped her on the shoulder. This was it. The time Bella had been eagerly waiting for had arrived. Bella looked over the edge. She could see nothing but a creamy colour below her, and the soft outline of clouds. Bella took a deep breath and jumped, and fell through the air. She screamed as she fell faster and faster, until the breeze grew softer, and carried her gently to the ground, where she saw yet another man standing before her, smiling. She was on the island, the host standing before her.​
