    Now what Pokemon do you think is the 2nd strongest we know arceus is the strongest.But what is the 2nd strongest?
     
    In terms of attacks, it'd be Rampardos, though it's weak in other stats. I'd say Mewtwo/Deoxys, cause they aren't created by Arceus, and they might hold the possibility to defeat Arceus in a match..
     
    IMHO no pokemon is the strongest, be it uber or legendary they all have have a weakness.
     
    As far as the anime goes, I suppose Entei / Unown are technically the strongest; since whatever Molly wanted would come true, so Entei could beat anything if she wanted it to, right?

    Other than that, Mewtwo and Deoxys have always seemed to be some of the strongest to me.
     
    Yeah, Mewtwo was created to be the strongest pokémon ever. Ok, Arceus is some sort of "god". But next strongest is Mewtwo, in my opinion. It's not a natural pokémon, it has enhanched power should be stronger than Mew. No bug/dark could crush it.

    In the games, I don't really know.
     
    In the video game, Arceus is never the 1st strongest =P

    I would say Mewtwo/Deoxys-R/S
     
    Kyogre I guess. With Rain and full HP, Water Spout can make a 337.5 base damage, nothing to mess with considering a base 150 Sp. Attack.

    You have gone wrong my fellow.
    You see, you would think Arceus would be the strongest, but Palkia has actually been proven to be the strongest.

    No, i'm not saying Palkia is the best, because, You can beat all the legendarys with a normal Pokemon, like Empoleon or something. So, the strongest isn't Arceus, sorry about that mate. But yeah, don't come saying to me 'Oh, Dialga is better than Palkia, your just saying that because you got pearl' because it's not. I have diamond aswell, but, Palkia is the strongest. And don't turn this into one of those pathetic arguments that I see on Youtube.

    But anyway, I dunno what the second strongest is. I would go for Arceus/Dialga to be the second strongest :)
     
    For the strongest Pokemon in attack, it's Rampardos and Deoxys.
    In defense, it's Shuckle (x_x) and Steelix.
    In speed, it's Ninjask and Deoxys.
    etc.

    Altogether, the second strongest Pokemon is Mewtwo. >=)
