4th Gen 3 Birds in Japanese Platinum??

I have talked to Professor Oak in Eterna and the birds didn't show up on the screen, I have cresselia on it, is there something that I missed??

If its like the English version, the 3 birds should appear randomly in the wild

No it's the jap version and they were supposed to appear after I talked to the professor, but they didn't??
