If you do that try to genetically engineer a sharingan or something and then transplant them in yourself. Genetically create a brother and 2 best friends, kill your best friend and then make your brother kill his best friend then take your brother's eyes.

They don't swap eyes because it's not actually a transplant. It's a fusion of both eyes. I'll show you on AIM.

Well, I think you have to kill your best friend to get MS the normal way. I don't know how Kakashi got his normal Mangekyou but Madara got his "ultimate" Mangekyou through a fusion sort of thing after he took his brother's eyes.

Kakashi is just a genius.
