Me too, I've seen the video a thousand times.

When you're playing a video, hit the pause button when you find something you wan't to get a pic of, then hit the button on you'r keyboard that's next to the "F12" button that says

"Print Scr
-----
Sys rq"

And then open paint and click on paste, and then you'r pic should come up. ^_^

I hope that was understandable enough, I suck at explaining things, as I have said before. D:
