    1, An explanation of how TMs/HMs work. (best theory Ive heard is in Pokemon X)

    2, Slightly more common shinys (I've never even seen one...)

    3, Original, good-looking Pokemon designs (get away, Seel and Probopass!)

    Go on, what are your 3 things?
     
    Can't really comment on how they look, as that is down to who you are. I don't mind Probopass, or any of these so called "fugly" pokemon.

    Anyway, my 3:

    1. Return of Bug Catching Contests!
    2. An eolution based on time of year, or a pokemon that changes at different times of year, like a Winter Burmy!
    3. umm... Don't know what else...
     
    1. Like Lil Miss, infinite TMs.
    2. When viewing your Pokémon's stats, a table below shows you how many EVs were given into each stat. And each stat is maxed out at 252, not 255.
    3. Being able to choose your Pokémon's personality once it hatches.
     
    1. Some sort of hint at if it's our world, the future, the past, another dimension. Since they mentioned Thomas Eddison and Einstein (and various other historians) throughout the Pokémon anime, it makes you think it's at least connected with our world

    2. More customization. You get to choose your name in the beginning, and pick a Pokémon. In my opinion that's not enough. I would love it if you could choose customize the sprite in the beginning (perhaps only colors, like hair color and clothes et.c). And as mentioned before, it'd be nice to be able to customize your first Pokémon. Maybe even its gender

    3. More types. Like I mentioned before I'd love to see a Light type, since there's dark
     
    I'd like to see the explanation to why humans are connected to Pokemon in the PokeEarth.. Are they Pokemon or are they a sort of alien life form? Maybe the POKEMON are the alien life forms.. Who knows, but I'd love to see that explained soon enough.

    Like you said earlier, customization would be great. But the reason they don't let you pick gender is because starters are over 80% more likely than female ones, making the starters harder to breed (since the species is the same as the mother unless a male is bred with a Ditto).

    ... Makes me wish I had known that before I restarted my game with the female Torterra -__-

    Other things I'd like to see? Ermm... I'm actually pretty happy with it right now.

    (And if TMs were infinite, the competitive battling scene would seem kind of cheap, if you think about it.)
     
    1. Free battling, like action games do. Digimon does it, why can't Pokemon?
    2. The Pokemon should have more animations when attacking. It makes no sense to see the Pokemon sitting still when launching an attack.
    3. In the Pokemon World, there are no normal animals, just Pokemon. So there should be other Pokemon that substitute animals. That way, there would be more Pokemon around.

    It would be great if someone made a hack/game with all these things in them. (hint, hint...)

    A customizable avatar would be cool and easy to implement, I'd imagine. You could buy different clothes and items and your sprite would change to show these different items.

    Uhm, actually I really can't think of anything else on hand.
     
    #3: considering shiny Pokemon, why are there no dull Pokemon?

    #2: a bank

    #1: a bank account for the hero
     
    - Being able to choose if you wanted to be a Beauty, or a Hiker, or a Bug Catcher or whatever would be ace!
    - When it rains, you actually get WET, and your Pokemon do too.
    - Instead of a base, you could have an actual HOUSE, so you could stop being a squatter in some mildew-ey tree and get a nice carpet.

    I wish they would make a fully 3D rendered version of Pokemon for the Wii. If they did that I would go out and buy a Wii and the game. This is the 21st century and Pokemon needs to get with the picture, except for a few advancements like Wi-Fi, color graphics, and day/night the game is still the same as Pokemon Blue/Red.
     
    1. Improve the story line.
    2. Travel in 2 regions, like in G/S/C
    3. They let the fans to make the designs of the 5th gen pokemon :)

    I'm still waiting on Pokemon Collosseum: The Wii Version, personally. PBR was not that by any means, which is why I never bothered with it.

    -Infinite TM usage.
    -Some sense of accomplishments (other than deck hat points) for doing anything involving the Battle Tower / Frontier.
    -The ability to see EV's and IV's.

    YES YES YES YES YES YES~!!!

    Gosh, you don't know how long I've waited for them to do that. I understand the whole idea handheld = trading, but... what about those who don't have friends who play / two gameboys / DSs OR two games, for that matter? Them making a 3D version of the Pokemon games thus far (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh) would be so awesome! I'd buy it with some ASAPage. >.<

    Also on that topic, I've thought of it for a long time, and when I used to think about it, I would think something along the lines of this: "First off, you'd go through the original Red/Blue/Yellow story. When you beat it, it would unlock the next Region: Johto, and you'd be able to go back and do things in the first one that you beat after you beat it (like loading a save after beating the game, you know what I mean?). Then, after Johto, Hoenn, etc." Of course, that was before D/P/Pt... For some reason, just the three seemed the be perfect.

    More on the whole revisiting thing, also, once you beat all three regions, you unlocked special modes/games branched off of the main region. Or, if you beat one region, you unlocked the next region and a bonus branch game. Here's what I mean: Let's say you beat the Red/Blue or FR/LG story (Kanto, basically) story. You then unlocked the Yellow version of that game. Same thing for Gold/Silver (Johto): Once you beat it (revisiting your save would allow you to continue onto Kanto in that game), you unlocked the Crystal version of that region. Hoenn's Ruby/Sapphire into Emerald, so on and so forth.

    Oh, yes, I've thought this out VERY clearly many times. ;3 Game Freak / Nintendo / Pokemon Company, please, for the love of God, make a 3D home-console Pokemon game THAT ISN'T LIKE BATTLE REVOLUTION, COLLOSEUM, or XD: GALE OF DARKNESS! Gragh! >.< I could've just said a... well, no, I couldn't've...

    Anyway, Here's my 3:

    1) Yes, yes, sprite configuration / personalization. It would make the game a lot more customizable and represent you as closely as you can, rather than some 10-year-old, white-haired boy representing you (taking Hoenn's protagonist as an example).

    2) EVs / IVs being viewable (The pokemon game makers really should consider that, seriously).

    3) Being able to change the music around some, maybe, say, after you beat the game once. Once you load your save, you could customize the music (maybe including old battle music / town music from previous games in the series).
