I always thought the art looked more funny than cool. Like Mewtwo looks pissed lol. However the 0 drawback from his 2nd move is glorious.

doesn't seems good enough but the M mewtwo is OP so if someone don't have a mewtwo EX which i too don't have this wouldn't be such bad choice. still the other mewtwo ex is better and i think even a non-ex pokemon can overpass this one.

Yeah, the artwork does kinda look a bit ridiculous. That Psyburn attack is still kind of expensive as an attack, though.

The other Mewtwo EX is definitely better by miles. The biggest thing limiting this one is its expensive attacks.
