(I wasn't sure if this was the correct place to post this, so I'm sorry in advance if someone has to relocate this! :/)
With Christmas coming up, I planned on getting a couple new games for my 3DS. I have a list of my favorites, all my misc. games that I still enjoyed but aren't my #1 favorites, and my disliked ones which I would've rather not bought. Hopefully that's enough to give you my tastes, but for more information, let me just say that I'm really into games where it's a story that I have to work my way up to become the best. For example, those games are like Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Pokemon, but not like Super Smash Bros. I like games that have a take of reality mixed in with fantasy, such as AC:NL again with how you can run a city and be a mayor but there still are quirky twists like how your villagers are basically just animals that can talk. I like games that have a lot to learn behind them as far as their mechanics and stats. Some of my dislikes are the more realistic games like those old Cooking Mama stuff or those games that raise babies (you feel?). Also, some of the games that have a childish feel like Fantasy Life are not my type, I like games directed towards older teens and adults. Fighting and fantasy - and if possible, romance - is what I'm into.
-Favorites-
Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Rune Factory 4
Pokemon X/Y
Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning
-Misc. Games-
The LoZ Majoras Mask 3D
The LoZ Ocarina of Time 3D
Story of Seasons
Super Smash Bros.
Pokemon Omega Ruby
-Disliked-
Fantasy Life (too child-like)
Bravely Default (felt like it was just a repeat of some of the other better games that followed basically the same idea of that)
I don't know if anyone would care in helping me, but if you have any ideas or even if you just have a game that you would like someone to try then feel free to share it with me!
