  1. Rattata (Can't evolve till it learns Taunt)
  2. Tentacool (Can't Evolve till Lv 35 & Must ALWAYS know constrict)

Zizgziaggon cant evolve till it has pin missle and have bug pokemon in party hm slave or not
Ralts cant evolve to kirilia till 25 and gravdor till 37 and must have growl through the hole game
Tallow cant evolve till 25 and must teach facade to it after 5th badge



Ok suicune ill give u Nidoran♂ and it must no poisen sting the hole game and u cant evolve it into nidoking till u get ur 7th gym badge

My Team (Emerald):
Jigglypuff which MUST have Defence Curl ALWAYS. Can't evolve till 5th gym.
Machop which needs to have the moves:Rock Smash,Bulk Up,Revenge and Dynamicpunch. Machop's level > Jigglypuff's
Cystar: Get Poochyena which MUST keep Roar for entire game. You can evolve it when You want to.
Suicune: Get Eevee which MUST evolve into Flareon after teaching it TM11,Sunny Day.
Weighty: Get Makuhita which CANNOT learn(or use if it has already) Normal-type moves.

Okay, if I can give you a second, I'll give you... Staryu, you CAN'T evolve it till you obtain the 6th Badge and you must keep Rapid spin through the whole game.

Baltoy (No restrictions)
Spoink (Can't evolve)
Wingull (Can't evolve til 7th badge)
Makuhita (No normal moves)

Suicune sorry but I give you Exeggcute which you can't evolve til after you beat Giovanni at that place in Saffron, and it must know Confusion the whole game =D

And KURUMI I give you Koffing which you can evolve at regular time but it must be taught Double team (if you dont alreeady know you can find the TM for that on the route right before fallarbor town, it's the last empty hole)

Decided to go for 6 Pokemon considering it's an unbalanced team

    Kurimi, I'll give you Gulpin, you CAN'T evolve it untill you receive the 5th gym badge and it must ALWAYS know Pound.
 
Weighty,Get Whismur which needs to know Hidden Power and You can evolve it freely after battling with Rayquaza.

Ok started my challenge I CHANGED MY GAME TO SAPPHIRE IF THATS OK

Named My self Sean Picked mudkip for the heck of it beat May

Caought a Pocheyena right away

Ive decided to leave another spot open because my team will never make it. I'd prefer something that I get somewhere around the 7th gym.
My team:
-Baltoy (no restrictions)
-Spoink (no evolving)
-Wingull (can't evolve til 7th gym)

-Whismur (Must know Hidden power to evolve)

If you need one more pokemon, i'll give you Spheal, the restriction are that you CAN'T evolve it untill you reach Sootopolis and you MUST teach it hail.
