    ~No legendaries, or mythicals.
    ~Characters are Pokemon in body, though they may have human personalities. In this world they replace humans, so Pokeballs are not a thing. As trainers don't exist, z crystals and mega stones are limited to once per day use if they are used, due to being stressful on the body. They can use weapons, if they have a way to wield them such as vines, or hands/paws. Move set wise, there is no four move limit. However, the attacks must be available from the level up and egg move pool of the Pokemon. Some moves may have their use changed from the games so to better fit roleplay use, which can be discussed here.

    THE STORY​

    About 5 Years ago, an assassin was found at the castle. The six advisers, scared for the safety of the queen, quickly put the assassin to death. A few days later, it was announced publicly that the castle, to keep potential other assassins out to protect the queen, would lock down the castle. The six advisers would each split into groups of three, taking residency in Istanbul and Ferron to help train the public, and to ensure no other assassins would appear by strictly enforcing the rules of the kingdom. However, a rebellion popped up, forcing all resources to be used on protecting the villages from the rebellion, which steadily has gotten stronger over the years.

    The Eversun Castle is surrounded by rich grassy fields on the north and south sides, with the eastern side being close to an ocean that they use to fish, and travel by sailboat to other areas.The western entrance to the castle is placed so that when one comes to it in the early morning, they see the sun rising behind the Eversun Castle, giving it an almost heavenly glow. Eversun Castle is surrounded by 5 villages up to a mile out, though there is less on the ocean side. But the castle itself is walled in.

    Eversun is led by a shiny, female Serperior by the name of Titania. The Grass type is about 36 years old. She wears a pure gold crown fitting to the top of her head. Behind her head, she has a white robe with a symbol representing the sun. Titania tends to stay to herself at the central castle. But despite this, she is publicly celebrated due to the success of the kingdom. Her kingdom is led by her loyal advisers, who, successfully, have been able to take down several raiding kingdoms, keeping the kingdom of Eversun safe.
    Those that have their loyalties to Eversun tend to help with putting down any attacks from the rebellion and protecting the villages and the queen from dangers. Though most the time they are free to wander the entire kingdom besides the inner castle.

    Those that start with the Eversun loyalty may find themselves at one of the more "militarized" villages, which acts as one of the external bases for guards. Though an adviser will give orders when it is necessary to stop a danger to the kingdom. It is also possible to be at one of the surrounding regular villages.

    The Rebellion's leader is generally unknown to the majority of people, even within the rebellion. They appear completely cloaked to those who suffered from the militarization process at the villages, offering safety and food, as long as they help it with what it needed to do. With the goal of taking down the queen, as it says. However, their main base of operations is always on the move. As such, most who are part of the rebellion may end up without some sort of form of control, which to many may attract people to join the rebellion, even if they don't know its true purpose. Those who are lucky can encounter the rebellion leader...

    It is a constant struggle between the kingdom and the rebellion. But, it is impossible to tell who is truly part of the rebellion as they blend with average people. As such, there can be many peaceful times when there isn't conflict.

    Those who take neither side in the conflict aren't particularly forced to join either side, but their actions still affect the story.

    It is up to the player to decide. Will they help put down the rebellion once and for all, or will they join the rebellion and take down the unruly. That is up to you to decide.

    So, hello to those that are partcipating! I'll be working on my first character in a bit. I'll probably make a compliation of all the chars that are accepted in a google doc for public access

    Biography: Gracia, a regular peasant growing up, was both blessed and cursed by the militarization of her village. Her father, a Serperior, would bring her to the training area, as Gracia would not want to go without him. On arrival, she spent much of her time training, in an effort to impress her father more and more often. She would adopt a kick and slash fighting style during her 5 years of training. But as she finally mastered her unique fighting style, there was nobody left to impress. Her father died in an unknown circumstance. Though she was told by her usual training partner that the rebellion killed her father. It was rough on her, but she was forced to move on, an adult, on her own now. Though in her heart, she knew that she had to track down her father's killer.
    Appearance: She carries a satchel on her left hip, which she uses to carry various items.

    Biography: Ella is a young Steenee who was separated from her family at a young age and traveled around, searching high and low for them. When she evolved into a Steenee, she decided to stay at one place since she was low on money and started to work at a bar by being a waitress. As time passed, she hasn't heard any news on her family from passing clients and slowly has integrated herself in that village. While she is there, she does train just in case she needs to defend herself due to the battle going on between the Rebellion and the Kingdom, she keeps herself out of it, thinking that if she enters the war, it will only bring a lot of problems.
    Appearance: Maya has the appearance of a regular Steenee except that she has a hip pouch tied around her waist with the pouch behind her, holding her personal items.

    Biography: High in the ranks of the resistance with a general-like status. He is solitary by personality. Much about Steelheart is surrounded in mystery. What is known is that he is devoted to his cause. Merciless in battle, the whisper of his name strikes fear into hearts throughout the Kingdom of Eversun.

    He recounts having a brother once-- the other sword connected to him when he was just a doublade. After using the dusk stone on themselves to become stronger only one of them was left. As the surviving brother he took on the name Steelheart, explaining that the death of his brother and last companion turned his heart as cold as steel.

    He is sometimes called the Knight of Swords for his skill as a tactician and highly sophisticated technique in combat.
    Appearance: A shiny Aegislash. He was ostracized as a child/honedge for his different appearance, although a kadabra fortuneteller saw the red pokemon and interpreted the color to mean that he would one day "wear the sun as his cloak." Steelheart instead explains his coloration as red for the blood of sacrifice, and black for mourning.

    Biography:
    Having born and lived around Eversun since birth, Sushi has a certain fondness to the villages and the castle. So when he heard that the castle was to be locked down, as well as hearing about the advisers coming to the villages, he decided to join them in hopes to bring back the peaceful state of his hometown.

    Sushi was able to find a place as a guard because of his physical prowess, as combat training was his favourite thing to do even before the incident. While he isn't one of the strongest of the guards, he has earned enough reputation to be kept in the loop of the things going on, and is often designated to training new recruits.

    Your run-of-the-mill Mienfoo with a small Eviolite anklet around his left ankle.

    Species: Druddigon
    Loyalty: Eversun
    Biography: Agama grew up near the ocean, working as a freelance laborer and sailor. When he was still young and adventurous, he worked on a ship headed toward the frozen North, which ended in disaster and with Agama being injured. He worked hard and eventually came to own his own boat, becoming a self-employed fisherman. The assassination attempt and subsequent rise of the Rebellion made life difficult in small villages like his, but Agama didn't want to get involved. That changed when his village was attacked while he was out at sea, the Rebels trying to cripple Eversun's trade capabilities and food supply. Leaving his simple life behind, Agama joined the Guard to protect his country and bring peace back to his home.

    Appearance: In terms of color, Agama is a typical Druddigon, but is shorter and heavier than others of his species. He wears a leather vest that has many pockets, and an eyepatch over his left eye to cover an old injury.

    Biography: Inflame was born near a mountain and was a very talented blaziken but his talent is coming from his disease the more he uses his fire powers the darker he gets when his skin is all black that's when his life ends there's only one cure and the blaziken is searching everywhere to cure his disease, he is sometimes seen wandering through the forest.
    Appearance: He was an average Blaziken except his coloring was much darker,way darker than a shiny blaziken.

    Loyalty: Rebellion
    Biography: Once a noblewoman of considerable wealth and power, Guren was supposedly killed when it was discovered that she was funding the rebellion. But the execution was a mere façade that she pulled off using Hypnosis, Confuse Ray, and Misty Terrain. The fake corpse evaporated into pink mist as soon as it was buried, the real Guren having Teleported away. Today she runs an apothecary and keeps her identity secret.
    Appearance: She has an extra green lock that curls toward her face on one side. Guren wears a hooded cloak that hides her Mega Stone necklace.

    Gender: Asex(identifies as male for convenience when necessary)
    Species: Golurk
    Loyalty: Eversun
    Biography: Grunt is a quiet, gentle soul. A Golurk that has spent most of his life as a Golett working as a carpenter in the kingdom, he is used to an honest and hardworking life.
    Even his own name, which he picked himself as one of his first memories after becoming conscious as a Golett, reflected that. A grunt is the bottom of the line, someone that does the hard work and obeys others.
    5 years ago and quite some years after his evolution, when the militarization of the whole kingdom started, he found himself joining the guards. There, it was like he found his purpose in life: protecting fellow Pokemon and citizens was something that felt right, natural to him, like it was imbued in his very soul.
    He usually is stationed in Istanbul; since he has no need for food and doesn't seem to have many material desires in general, he secretly spends most of his pay in helping street orphans, and seems to be quite protective of children in particular.
    Always calm and collected, he speaks in a slow, soft-spoken manner, which may make him look a bit slow or obtuse from an outside perspective, not helped by his quite unemotional face that isn't really good at expressing emotions.
    Appearance: Like any Golurk, he is quite tall, almost reaching 3 meters in height. That united with his broad shoulders give him quite the noticeable frame. On his chest there's a little crack which has been filled with clay of a noticeable lighter color and sealed with a metal band. He got it almost two decades ago, shortly after evolving: that was the one and only time he lost control after experiencing the burning energy in his body leaking out. He has no memories of what he did at the time, but the experience still mentally scared him enough to vow to never let it happen again.

    Thinking of making an Eversun affiliate, but I had some questions about the setting in order to create the biography.

    - Roughly when did the militarization of the villages start?
    - If the militarization was recent (i.e. less than a decade since the start of the roleplay), did the villages around Eversun have Pokemon who would guard the village from outside dangers even before the militarization?
    - Are we allowed to start off with a game item(such as Eviolite or a Berry)?

    Militarization started 5 years ago in rp, though only two villages have been put into a police state sort of deal. Much of their resources are spent dealing with the rebellion, though they're working on getting things set up on a third village. The villages, I don't really have a name for them yet but there is about 3 advisers each in these two villages, they act as sort of leaders soldiers or guards, and villagers can come to for advice or any commands.
    I can try and sketch out a map for reference since the recruitment of players will likely take a bit.

    There was no guards before the militarization, as because everyone had their faith in the protection and leader skills of the advisers and Titania.

    You can in fact start with items. Evolite should act the same as it does in game. Hoped I helped!

    So, insta kill moves. They're honestly sort of god modding in the sense that they can...well. Instakill. Regardless of the validity of the move. However, do you mean it as an attack? Like my character has nontraditional attacks that don't really serve as Pokemon moves but instead normal generic attacks. Like you can have a character use a sword as a weapon along side their Pokemon moves. But anyways, only note is that in the rebellion, there's really only three levels. Those who are familiar with the leader, the leader, who will be marked as an important NPC that I'll manage alongside the advisers and Titania, and then the rest who sided with the rebellion. We can talk in PMs since your char may know who the leader is.
