[ASM & Hex] Expand FR's regional dex from 151 to 168

I'm using this routine and I can confirm this is for regional Dex. Expanding national dex is a different process.

It's a fairly simple edit (for less than 255 pokemon).
First convert your desired number to hex. In your case, 168 -> A8.
Now go to the following addresses:

0x10352C is originally 0x97 which is 151 in hex. Change to 0xA8.
0x1035F6 is originally 0x96 which is (151 - 1) in hex. Change to (0xA8 - 1) or 0xA7.

That should do it. Credit to Jambo51 for his Pokedex Expansion research.
