Article: Competitive Concepts: Playstyles

Great article! Did a really good job at putting all the details of each playstyle together.

I play mostly balanced teams because I'm rarely ever confident enough to bust people up with offense and I just really like feeling comfortable against everything. I whip up a stall team once in awhile, but it's sad to hear the Galar Region isn't too kind to it.

My experience is actually the opposite this gen with stall. Stall has a number of boosts this gen compared to last, namely less overall threats to deal with, which encompasses most importantly; no megas, less defoggers to deal with and less magic bouncers (msable) to worry about so i find it massively easier to keep hazards up too. Things like Corsola are also a massive boost to it. Plus you can use Dugtrio to trap things which are annoying. :P Sure its lost some stuff like Chansey/Skarm etc but you can be creative to work around the things its lost. Its also gained some cool utility mons like Corvi too.

In fairness, I don't think there's an environment in which you in particular couldn't find a way to make an infuriating stall team.
