3rd Gen $500 Magikarp?

Yeah! Charmander owns! and as for Gyrados, he has no flying moves, his type is water and he's all about attack, making him a very bad choice.
 
Technically, Gyarados can learn one Flying move..... Hidden Power XD But... yeah - if you want a strong physical sweeper, you'll have to teach it mainly TMs, since Hydro Pump is useless, as is everything else apart from Dragon Dance. Dragon Dance pwns j00! XD

I suppose I should let you know that there gets to be a point where most threads are too old to dig up, and one last posted in 2004 definitely qualifies as that.
