sorry, but let's be realistic here. GIGA DRAIN has a base power of 60 and 5 PP and the user only gains HALF of the damage dealt. so if this move were to be made for an actual 5th gen game, it would either have its base power reduced, accuracy reduced, PP reduced, or only heal half the damage, or any combination of those.

anyway, as for an improvement in the 5th gen games, if u have a pkmn with an HM in ur party, the HM should automatically activate instead of you needing to activate it (except for rock smash and dive and fly....and cut...).

Like you could walk to the water and take another step and automatically start surfing (having your character able to swim would still be much better though...). When you walk into a cave, it should be lit up if you have a pkmn with flash in your party (personally, I don't get Fog Clear at all. srsly).

When you want to climb rocks, you just start climbing. and strength should just push boulders automatically instead of you having to activate it every time you step into another room. also, if you could pick boulders up with strength, that would just be amazing.

It's supposed to only have 5 PP. I was balancing it and forgot to change it.
As you can see, its accuracy is already 80. Sorry to worry.

See, I was thinking on making it 100PW / 80AC / 5PP with high-crit, then
I made it 50PW / 80AC / 10PP with 25% chance to have an effect, then
50PW / 100AC / 10PP with 50% drain, etc.

Just during that during it applies the status percentage? Otherwise, that would just be an uberized Cosmic Power

Tough would have the highest Attack and Defense
Cute would have the highest Speed and Special Defense
Smart would have the highest Defense and Speed

HP would remain the same for all 5 evos. that would rule

Ability: Hydrodynamics - if pokemon battles on water, it's speed and att. doubles.
Counter-strike - if foe uses physical attacks succesively, foe will recieve 12% recoil damage
Length: 0.7 m
Weight: 10 lbs.
Description: It hunts using it's 2 contractile tentacles. It can escape easily by squirting water through it's funnel.
Status: Rare(one in every 50 water pokemon you spotted

But I would like to see another pokemon not named Kyogre get 'drizzle', and not be Uber.
Talk about a shift in the metagame that would be :D rain team domination! Kingdra, ludicolo, a Bunch would all jump some tiers, woot!

A wailord evo isnt impossible, and would be SWEET! maybe they can actually give it some defenses like a dumptruck instead of toothpick...
It'd be water type only of course :D Wailusion, or Wailkai, idk im not ver good with names :P

Also a pokemon with the yellow X scar, i.e garchomp and sharpedo, they need a third member in that club...I would guess types: Dragon/steel - another 'SWEET'

Ok Some are good Ideas but I just cant see Eevee with wings (and eons) i just cant ok. When a pokemon evolves it doesn't lose there Gender and MRS. MIME for gods sake. I mean a female Mr. Mime no way and seems the have Dark type i dont see why not Light type.

SLIGHT problem with this poké: Wailmer evolves at lv 40!!! Also I'm sure you can't find a wild Wailord under lv 40. Also, KILLING IT? Come on, this is pokémon!!!! If anything, evolve it with a Dusk Stone when it has minimum happiness. I hav 2 say the general idea is pretty good tho. I mean, if they made an evolution for Rhydon, they can make an evolution for anything. amiright?
