[Other] A 2nd Quest...?

I was thinking of an idea this morning that involved adding a "2nd quest" type deal to the original Fire Red. It won't be a totally new game, but will have more to do for people who play FR/LG/R/S/E etc.

It will go something like this.

You beat the game as normal,(Elite 4) and go to a secret island that only opens after the flag for beating the champion is set. You go to this island and catch pokemon from Hoenn, and find the champion there. He leads you to doing countless tasks and such, but as you're doing these "tasks", the champion is planning a way to destroy the world. When you find out, you have an epic battle against them and finish the "quest".
Any suggestions for tasks, sprites and other things are appreciated! :)
