Even as he?s face bright!
Night, endless night,
Make me warm in this cold night,
Let me forget the morning fight,
As many soldiers have died,
I still remember people collide!
Soldiers ran,
People sang,
But the place was still cold,
No place to hold?
It was raining,
Washing all the blood away
The lonely swing, back and forth it sways
No children laughing,
There was only the sound of crying,
Everyone shared the same pain,
Everything was dark and plain?
Every store was closed,
Every window was shut,
Nothing was exposed,
Every piece of clothing was cut,
The winds blow harder,
An old poor man moaning and crying softer,
O dread fate for men to see,
O most dreadful of all that met my eye!
There were still planes flying by,
In the gloomy sky,
Flying over the destroyed city,
And no one gave any pity!
The smell of the dead bodies covered the streets,
No one gave out any treats,
The sound of yelling and torture,
I had no future,
They were coming closer,
The sound of the beatings were getting louder,
I throw fear away,
Tomorrow might be a sunny day
