My Coeurl came to a sudden stop, lips pulled up in a menacing snarl.

"What is it?" I asked, and she suddenly turned around and bolted back to where we came from. The first thing a saw were...Euriko members! I pulled on the reigns and my Coeurl stopped running, as I said, "Leave them Marine." Marine was my Coeurl's name.

Marine was padding at the ground, her disdain for the other clan showing through as she continued to growl and snarl at the two, dressed like thieves.

"I said leave them." I drawled lightly, and Marine snorted, turning back around and moodily trudging the opposite direction.

Samura coulden't help but burst into laughter. "Monkey! AHAHAHAHA!!! It's a monkey!" After her fit of laughter, Sam picked up the monkey and told it to go home. As the monkey ran off, Sam turned back to Tessa. "That was rather distracting, wasen't it?" Sam noticed the huge Coeurl behind the bushes. It diden't look happy. "Look, If you still want to take me up on my offer, I don't mind. But I have to go now. Zisimaru is tense with us right now, and that Coeurl is on their side. I'm wanted for criminal reasons in Zisumaru."

As she ran off, she yelled back: "Meet me in Kilika tomorrow if you would like to join me!" Sam unsheithed her dagger, sliceing the oncoming Nimite as she went. "Now, on to Kilika! I have something to take care of there..." Samura picked up the pace, knowing the Chocobo's would be gone -all rented out- if she diden't hurry.

Scottura is the last person I am accepting! Ok? No more!

I was still crouching from saying hello to the monkey, but I stood up, and looked up into the trees. I then, looked behind the trees, and stared at the Coeurl for a moment, then walked over to a tree, and jumped up into it.

Great, a job... I thought, as I jumped from branch to branch, on my way to Kilika. I needed a chocobo, badly, but the stupid store was all rented out, so I had no choice but to go by tree.

I looked around, still not seeing any towns; or any life, for that matter. Sighing, I plopped down onto the ground, slipping my feet out of my shoes. I had wandered into what looked like a giant oasis in the middle of a desert. I laughed slightly- Everything around here seems like a desert... Did everyone die of the heat? Me, lost. Me, in my fancy Victorian clothing. Who would have known it would be this hot? I slid the bonnet off my head, abandoning it on the forest floor.

Suddenly, something squaked loudly, I jumped, despite myself, looking around frantically. I spun around, seeing a Chocobo charging towards me. I jumped out of the way as it stormed past, squalking so loud that I involuntarily covered my ears. I looked after it; It had still been running after stepping on my high heel shoes - which were now much more than crushed.

I looked back from the direction the Chocobo had come running from. What's back there? I asked myself, walking in that direction, leaving my shoes and bonnet behind.

Stupid bird! Scott thought as he ran after the Chocobo that ran away, before he actually got to it, "You better run bird, 'cause when I catch up to you, you're gonna wish you never ran away from me ever!" Scott shouted after it. It felt like they were running for hours non stop, then an oasis appeared up ahead, and the Chocobo ran into it. "Oh for the love of Light! It just had to run into there! Now how am I ment to catch it?"

I jumped slightly as I heard a faint shouting, looking around. I stopped moving, crouching in the nearby brush. A Chocobo (the one from Scottura's post) broke through the trees. It stopped, looking around. I stood up slowly, approaching it with caution.

I stepped on a twig, which snapped under my weight. The Chocobo turned, charging franticaly at me. "Help!" I shouted as I was tackled to the ground.

Scott sped up as he heard the cry for 'help'. "I knew I should of, atleast tie myself to that stupid Chocobo!" he thought out loud, he ran into a couple of low tree branches as he rushed to find the Chocobo tackle a woman to the ground. He pulled out one of his guns, and pointed it out upwards into the sky, then he shot. The sound made the Chocobo leap off the woman and stare at him with fear, the woman was frightened as well. Scott first walked over to the Chocobo and tied it up to a near-by tree, then walked over to the woman and held out his hand, "Need some help?" he asked in a polite tone.

I opened my eyes to see a boy standing over me. I took his hand and got to my feet. "Th-thank you," I stuttered. I was slightly over whelmed by his beauty; His tanned face and amazing - nearly red eyes overtook me. "Why are you out here in the middle of nowhere?" I asked, trying to change the subject. I glanced nervously over at the Chocobo while wating for an answer.

"Don't worry about that," Scott pointed to the Chocobo "As for why I am here? Well, I was going wherever my feet would take me, until I found this Chocobo and well you could probably tell by the yelling that I was after it," Scott said slightly amused at his own story. "Oh, I'm Scott by the way, Scott Wyvern."

I stopped jumping on the trees because I heard a voice. Actualy, two voices. I jumped down into the middle of the tree I was on, and looked through the trees at the people.

Geez! I cant tell if their on our side or not... I thought, watching them talk. The boy was pointing at a Chocobo. Then, I got an evil little idea. I clibmed over to where the Chocobo stood, and jumped down onto it. I could see the other peoples startled faces as I rode away.

"Sorry, I need this much more than you do!" I yelled behind me. I rode faster, and faster, when I finnaly came to the base. I let the Chocobo go back to the other people because I didnt rent it, and began to walk around.

Uh, Scottura, could you possible write a bit more per post? You're technically supposed to be writing a paragraph per post, as stated by the rules, which is generally longer than two lines. ^^;

I stared blankly after the girl who was now riding away on the Chocobo. "That was... awkward," I said quietly, turing back to Scott. "Um... Nice to meet you, Scott. My name is Moira," I said, curtseying slightly. "Oh!" I uttered a small cry of surprise, remembering that I had left my shoes and bonnet behind.

"I... Forgot something," I said, blushing furiously and stumbling in the direction I had come from. How could I embarrass myself like that in fron of that cute guy? I wondered, stumbling again as I speed walked.

"That was really awkward..." Scott thought, scratching his head as he watched Moira walk off in another direction. Scott finally got an idea, "I could travel with her, she obvisley is lost and doesn't know her way out of this... Desert, so I could help her, and protect her from that stupid Chocobo..."

Scott started running to catch up with Moira and ask her if she wanted help traveling, he was in view of her and he almost reached her until the Chocobo tackled him to the ground, and pinned his arms to the ground. Scott started squirming trying to get free, then the Chocobo started pecking him. Scott grew angry and, with great strength kicked the Chocobo of him with his free feet and then tied the Chocobo to a tree, this time with a metal chain. "Try and get out of that!" Scott said, before falling to the ground, and blacking out.

Sam jumped into a tree and thought out loud. "Hmm... No more Chocobos to rent so i can't go by land... I don't have an airship, and I'm not getting one -those things are expensive!- ... I could go by water... maybe take a boat? They cost money, though, some thing I don't have..." She heard rustling in the bushes. A boy and a girl were standing there.

Hey! Sam thought. That girl looks like she has money! ... But the guy looks like her guardian. If I attack the guy, though... The girl coulden't protect him! She wiggled around the tree quietly until she was close enough.

"Hah!!" Sam yelled as she knocked Scott to the ground -on his stomach-, sat on his back, put a dagger to his throat with one hand and rumaged through his belongings with another. "Money money... Here!" She mumbled.

Scott became concious of what was around him, and what was happening to him. Scott noticed the knife on his throaght, "They won't find anything of use in there... Still, it is my belongings..." Scott thought, then with an evil grin on his face he acted quikley, he used his left hand to grab the knife, and with great strength, broke the blade off the handle. He then released the attacker grip from his back and got up.

When he turned around he saw a blonde haired girl pick herself up off the ground, Scott ran at the girl, holding out his right arm a giant sword appeared. He swung it with what seemed all his might when really it was a fraction of it, Scott had no intention of beheading or killing the girl... He just wanted to scare her. Scott stopped the sword millimetres away from the girls neck, then he stated clearly to her "You're lucky... If you were any of my enemies, you'ed be dead by now..."

Sam gave Scott a wild grin. "Who says I was gonna let you kill me?" Sam remarked as she whipped out a pink wand. "Thundara!" Lightning striked Scott, and Sam got up. "Don't try to kill a theif." She grabbed her money and jumped into a tree, grabbing the fancy girl's bonnet as she left. Nice hat. Looks expensive...

When Sam had a good couple of leaps between her and Scott, she jumped down and started running. By the time she reached the boat, she would be tuckered out. "I've gotta get to HQ... gotta tell them. The Namites weakness..." Sam whispered to herself.
