A Mareep with Team Skull Costume

Hey guys! I was curious if anyone could make me an avatar of Mareep in the male Team Skull costume. With the sort of "cartoon" look of the .gif in my signature. Sorry... I dont know how else to describe it. You have fun autonomy to choose how it looks and the angle and everything. My only request (other than the actual request lol) is that the Mareep has the bandana and that the color combinations and costume isn't super complex. Thanks!
