Consider putting in a Kingdra, with the standards. For Kabutops, might I suggest the endure + salac + flail? I suppose that works ok too.
Gyarados - Good. Except, Taunt over surf. You need something to kill special sponges.

For registeel, perhaps slot in a Omastar. It has swift swim, and it has a high sp attack too. I suppose you want lanturn so you can switch into a volt absorber.
And what's up with Lapras? Maybe you should have a Jolteon in there. Sub, Thunder, Rain Dance, Wish. @ Petaya
Or perhaps include a quagsire with damp. Switch out against electrode or whatever. It can be mixed sweepage. Anyway, leave you to think about it. Hope I helped.

I honestly wouldn't make them all Rain Dancers, becase you lack some of the staple moves on some of your Pokemon like Lapras and Lanturn are ment to be Boltbeamers.

If you set up, yes. Even so if you use Hydro Pump instead. A bit haxed, yes, but I've seen it.

As much as i like ur username i'm going to have to seriously disagree with u in the case of dive
all dive does is give the opponent the chance to
a. switch to a water absorber
b. boost stats with CM,SD,BD,Agility,and off course Dragon Dance
c. baton pass, sub etc

Very crappy.

Walrein - Let's give it a Swampert set...

Also, Kabutops Sp.Atk SUCKS! I dunno why HoundoomTrainer said Kingdra is a crappy sweeper and then suggested Surf on Kabutops... Go for a physical attack instead, and Indure into Flail is a nice combo too, killed lots of Pokemon that way.

Not too shabby. Pretty good for something that physical sweeps.
