A new format?

Hey guys,
I have seen many trading threads that have ramdomized formats and not enough information for me to say that I want that pokemon. I contacted Ursala about a new format and as I have understood, PokeCommunity does not inforce a format just yet. I beleive that if we have a format, it will be easier to read traing threads. The reason I posted this in the Trade Corner is because the trade corner does not have a format. What is your idea about this? If you want an idea of a format I got some ideas.
