A New Professor in Town - Kanto Adventure PG13 OOC Thread

Okay guys, I have a quick question for you about the next route. Basically I've decided I want to restructure it a bit. I would have Route 110 leading to the entrance of Cycling Road, meaning that you can still catch the wild pokemon in the area, and then Cycling Road taking you up to Mauville.

This would mean losing a long strectch of Route 110, and the Trick House. I know some of you may have been looking forward to that, but I honestly can't think of a way to make it work. :/

So basically, I'm just checking that no-one has particularly strong objections to me skipping the trick house...
 
Actually, I'd completely forgotten the Trick House XD

So that's fine by me
 
I don't really mind about not going to the Trick House, so, yeah, that's fine with me.

I was just wondering how I can level up Igglybuff without her battling? And will I end up with my own rival? Next post coming tonight!

To have Igglybuff level up, just use her in posts without battling with her. If you look through some of the other RPers posts (particularly Sasuneuchiha's) you will find examples of how they have levelled up their baby pokemon. :) (If you struggle to find any, just let me know and I'll send you links to a couple of examples)

As for a rival... yes you will eventually. It won't be for a while though, as soon we will be starting the Aqua/Magma arc of this chapter :)

Oops missed this xD But yeah thats fine

On another note, I noticed that the majority of the Trainer Cards in the opening post are now out of date. If you have time could I request an update :) (This particularly applies to new RPers)

edit: I've just been informed that pokecharms traine card maker is down, so disregard this post :/

Yeah it was like this at the start of Kanto for a bit as well, with people signing up and dropping out soon after. After a while though, we found a settled group of RPers who pretty much stuck through the rest of the region. Hopefully a similar thing will happen this time around :)
