A project I started for myself, sprite all of my favorite pokemon's moves...

Yeah, rather than the basic two frame sprites used at the beginning of a battle, why not have different animations for each attack?

Well folks, I'm doing just this for 6 of my favorite pokes.

The first one I've begun spriting was my beloved Gardevoir, easily my most favorite. So far, I've only managed to get one move sprited for it, Calm Mind. I've included the "sheet" and animation.



What are my other 5 favorites? I'll drop hints on you guys as I do Gardevoir, I'll give the first hint tomorrow.


Also, this was a request someone made of me. I hadn't posted I wasn't taking requests yet, so I felt a little obligated to do it. Please note that I'm not currently taking requests though...

He wanted Lugia performing AeroBlast. Since I have no idea what AeroBlast is like in D/P, I just went with memory and did the version from G/S. :/


That's it for now. I'll same some more Gardevoir attacks done within the next couple days.


Admins/Mods, I understand that you are supposed to post at least 4 individual sprites to merit a separate topic, but I ask you leave this one open as it is part of an ongoing prject and is sure to get more than its fair share of sprites. :P

EDIT: I just now noticed that I can't post links unless i post 15 times. While I understand it's t prevent bots, It's rather annoying on my behalf. But, I'll just tackle that hurdle, I guess....

Ok, I finished Gardevoir's Psychic attack. Coulda been better but meh, I fits my guidelines.

These are very cool. Lugia's head looks a bit awkward in the animation, but its a heck of a lot better than I could do. :P
