Comments in bold, what i know about third gen.

Anti Pop may do the rest when hes on. 3 Choice Banders are blegh aswell. Swampert also walls all your team just about.

One thing though, in fact 2 things.

Dugtrio + MagneTON = domination of this team.

Um, I think you mean Magneton, D_A.
Oh, and Sebastien, You have 3 Physical Sweepers, Which is concerning. Mixpert could help the Dugtrio/Magneton ussue.

Another thing to take notice of, is that you have 3 choice banders. Sludge Bomb on Metagross is just inviting Magneton to own it outright.

Lastly, Raikou would like Timid, It's not taking many Physical hits with Super-Effective Earthquakes roaming the metagame.

    i prefer agiligross
also if u pump him up with a ninjask baton passer
    :D

    Metagross @ Choice Band
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Def / 56 Spd / 52 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Meteor Mash

You really don't want to be walled by Zapdos. Use D_A's EVs.

    Aerodactyl (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Double-Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide

    Eh, Aerodactyl...

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled
    - Toxic / Thunder Wave / Ice Beam

Psychic is useless. If you're worried about Gengar, Ice Beam hits it plenty hard and it also stops CBmence from switching in with ease.

    Raikou @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 92 HP / 220 Spd / 140 SAtk / 56 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

Swampert walls your entire team, so use HP Grass. No fan of Rest Raikou to be honest, since something like Skarmory can come in and PHaze you easily. Def EVs are worthless - if you want physical survivability, use Reflect.

    Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 1 Atk / 252 Def / 2 SAtk / 2 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Whirlwind
    - Spikes
    - Rest

I know you have Tar problems, but Skarmory hasn't got the power to run an unSTABed 70 base power move that is really only useful for Tyranitar. Fix the EVs as well. Also, you need recovery.

    Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Guts
    EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 31 Def / 31 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power [Ghost]
    - Focus Punch
    - Megahorn
    - Rock Slide

Earthquake is really useless. Again, fix the EVs. Try Smogon.

I haven't seen a team so horribly obliterated by Magtrio in a long time. Skarmbliss get smashed really badly. If Dugtrio i Jolly, beating blissey will be much more difficult, but your only threat to Skarmory is thrown down the tubes. Regardless of the nature, Heracross gets walloped by Dugtrio and Metagross having taken some spikes damage or something else is down for the count.

You have no fighting resistance, so CB Heracross, Machamp, and Medicham are all going to destroy even Skarmory. Skarmory can't even heal, so about any other physical hard-hitter like Salamence or Tyranitar is going to wear you down quickly and destroy you.

Also, Swampert gives you a ROUGH time. Raikou can't set up on it like it can other waters, so you're in a bind. Metagross basically has to come in and blow it up, and then your rock resist is gone. Heracross can hurt it a bit, but it can't switch in too many times and your EV spread makes it so slow that it gives the opponent an opportunity to bring something in that can set up on Heracross.

I would suggest adding a bulky water over the useless Aerodactyl to help the metal bird out. I would recommend Vaporeon since it gives you much-needed Wish Support. Swampert would also work as a rock resist not destroyed by the other half of QuakeSlide, something Metagross can't say. You need healing for Skarmory though. Rest is good with Blissey here, but again, watch out for Magtrio.

Basically, 3 CBers is unnecessary, especially on this team, so take out the dad weight and pump your weak defenses. SkarmBliss alone doesn't cut it, even in Advance.

Also, Agiligross is crud. It only works with a SD passer usually, and this team has other needs to attend to.
