I'm a bit worried that both of your Special walls are weak to Ghost/Dark. Glaceon often runs Shadow Ball which could cause problems... Also consider Crunch somewhere on Manectric's set to crush Grumpig and Hypno. Really nice, though.

Specs Manetric can also revenge Glaceon were it to either get Specs Overheat or a boost from Charge Beam and then Flamethrower with the current Life Orb set. Mixetric (Mix Manetric) has some stellar points as Archer said, and it could be fun to toy with.
