Ok, I had these ideas while listening to the playing style here which to be honest sounds much better than anything I used to come up with. so please help and dont call me a n00b again :\ i know I suck but please...

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 192 Def/ 64 Atk
    Explosion
    Stealth Rock
    Toxic Spikes
    Spikes/ Protect

I know, this calls for a spinner to come and spin me away but could it work??

    Salamence @ ???
    Jolly?
    Dragon Dance
    Aerial Ace
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw

Typcal dancer, not sure about nature and item though. please help.

    Metagross @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    252 Atk/ 172 Def/ 84 Hp
    Bullet Punch/Explosion
    Earthquake
    Hammer Arm
    Meteor Mash

I love Metagross, but cant seem to get that right moveset.. is that ok?

    Bronzong @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 128 Def/ 108 Atk/ 20 Def
    Explosion
    Gyro Ball
    Hypnosis
    Earthquake/Rock Slide

I think that EV spread acts well, deffences going well, HP at max and good atk, could work.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 136 Sp.def/ 120 Sp.atk (should I EV Def??)
    Softboiled
    Ice Beam
    ???
    ???

I really need help on Blissey, I want to have it as a special wall here. would snorlax be better here?

    Gengar @ ???
    Timid
    252 Sp.atk/ 216 Spd/ 42 HP?
    Shadow Ball
    Thunder Bolt
    Energy Ball?
    Destiny Bond

With this Gengar, the speed is there to outrun the modest Alakazams. should I make it a regular sweeper spread or is this ok? also energy ball??

*Ive always wanted to try what you're doing with forry. However I'd go max HP/Def and 6 Att, Survival is paramount while you set up those layers.
    *Choice Band on salemence, 252Att/200Sp/56HP
    *Life orb on gengar
*Ive been running sub on blissey recently, it works quite well. So sub+aromatherapy

Its a nice solid team in general. My only real criticism is that it mite be too physical. You could switch Mence to the special version, but its not in dire need.

Besides gengar I do lack a special you are right. However I really can't think of anything except Yanmega for this or maybe jolteon.
For Forry, with my spread i will get 400 Deffence, and as you said. we do need that deffence factor more. I just thought more damage when I explode.
Also I see why you did that on the Mence. You would outspeed an adamant Garchomp but not a jolly one so it wasn't worth it throwing those ev's in?
EDIT: How about Thunder wave for that Blissey? Instead of doing softboiled. cause they will switch out for a physical when I throw bliss in and that is when I will have a sub that should live it through. then I thunder wave and switch out? and Choice band with D-dance ??

Blissey does not need more Sp Def. The most common spread I've seen is Bold nature with 252 HP/A lot of Def/some Sp Atk.

If Gengar is KOed, you're walled completely by Skarm, which is not good because everyone and their mother uses Skarm. So, here are some special sweeper options that might work well with this team:

    Starmie:
Starmie is pretty versatile. You can Boltbeam, possibly freeing up a moveslot on Blissey, and/or you can run Rapid Spin since you don't have it on Forry, or you could not BoltBeam since Gengar has Thunderbolt and Blissey has Ice Beam and use Starmie's good movepool for other moves (Surf, Recover, Psychic, Grass Knot, etc.).

    Porygon-Z:
A very good special sweeper that has a giant movepool including BoltBeam, Dark Pulse, Tri Attack, and more.

One more thing. Every competitive team MUST counter Heracross, as you WILL get raped if you can't switch into it. Forry can take a hit (though I don't know that it won't get 2HKOed by CC) and maybe Explode, but other than that, Hera will tear this team (as it does most teams). Gliscor is probably the best counter, so that's a possibility. I actually run a mixed Salamence bulky enough to be somewhat of a counter.

    Um, what?

This team has no problem with Hera. Mence & Meta can beat it offensively. It is walled by Forry & Zong.

Mence should have Fire Blast over Aerial Ace. This team is somewhat Gya weak with Gengar out of the way, so Stone Edge on Mence might help, or Thunderpunch on Meta is helpful.

And Aluminum, I think your talking about

    Blissey@Leftovers
    Nature:Bold
    Seismec Toss
    Softboiled
    Thunderwave/Aromatherapy/Ice Beam
    Thunderwave/Aromatherapy/Ice Beam
    EV: 252 HP, 252 DEF, 6 SP.ATK

There is another spread that uses Calm, but I can't remember.

    @Calm 252 DEF / 212 SP.DEF / 40 HP or SP.Att (If you use a special attack)

^ You mean that lol ?

I think i will go with Dark Azelf's Bliss spread. I dont want a "common" spread, and I think Blissey has enough HP more than it does sp.deffence. it will still have more than 650.... why would you want more with ev'ed Def and high sp.def?
    but I have a question.
how can metagross learn thunder punch??!
and how can Blissey learn Seismec Toss?? lol
Also is it healthy to open with Gengar here?
Also @ aluminum and your Hera theory, you got answered right there. Metagross, Forry and zong all have an edge towards it.

The first thing I realized was that this team has 3 steel types. That is just asking for Typhlosion and friends to torch you.

Also, run max speed on Gengar, seriously.

And no this team is not Heracross weak. It is actually very strong against it.

Yeah I was kinda worried about the fire bit too, but I figured, Forretress will just set up a field and Bronzong can take hits. so Metagross becomes what is really exposed to it. I'm not worried about Zong at all.
Also abou Gengar, with that spread he gets 341 spd. just over a modest Alakazam and can outrun starmies as well. Real threat to it is weavile which i cant do anything about even if I do max Speed.

What are you talking about? Starmie will outspeed even a max speed gengar EVERY TIME, and nobody runs Modest Alakazam.

The only field Forry sets up is the "let's give Garchomp a SD boost!" and watch Bronzong get destroyed.

Bronzong will NOT last more than two strong fire attacks and neither will the rest of your team. Like, Heatran is a nightmare here.

I dont play against legends, and i've seen alot of modest Alakazam's out there. They hurt.
and about Starmy -_- my n00bness stands out again

how can I get seismec toss on a blissey and thunder punch on a metagross??

Get pokemon emerald and you can use tutors for that.

You've been battling people who sucks with Zam. Besides, they're not going to be keeping that in against Gengar any time soon.

Not playing against legends...have you seen Entei?

Not playing against legendaries is a clear indication of an inexperienced player. If you can't handle Legendaries, you can't handle an experienced player. :[

He also thinks Weavile is cheap and Brightpowder is "strategy" so I kind of have a feeling the 100000 RMT threads he has out are going to go nowhere.

But since I have to stay on topic, I will post a REAL Metagross set.

    Metagross @ Choice Band
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Meteor Mash
    - Explosion
    - Thunderpunch

I screwed up the EVs so somebody fix them.

But CBgross can 2HKO about anything.

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 192 Def/ 64 Atk
    Explosion
    Stealth Rock
    Toxic Spikes
    Spikes/ Protect

Too reliant on Forry setting up Spikes, toss TSpikes and SR and give it Earthquake and Rapid Spin

    Salamence @ ???
    Jolly?
    Dragon Dance
    Aerial Ace
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw

    Fire Blast>AA

    Metagross @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    252 Atk/ 172 Def/ 84 Hp
    Bullet Punch/Explosion
    Earthquake
    Hammer Arm
    Meteor Mash

I favorite is Reflectgoose or Agili for late game.

    Bronzong @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 128 Def/ 108 Atk/ 20 Def
    Explosion
    Gyro Ball
    Hypnosis
    Earthquake/Rock Slide

Make it a ReSTalk Zong so you have your own status absorber.
    STalk/HP [Ice]/Gyro Ball

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 136 Sp.def/ 120 Sp.atk (should I EV Def??)
    Softboiled
    Ice Beam
    ???
    ???

does ANYONE know how to EV properly?
ALWAYS MAX OUT BLISSEY'S DEF EVS

    Gengar @ ???
    Timid
    252 Sp.atk/ 216 Spd/ 42 HP?
    Shadow Ball
    Thunder Bolt
    Energy Ball?
    Destiny Bond

    Focus Blast or Hypnosis.
    Life Orb

Yeah, 3 huge fire weaks on all of your primary walls
    not a good sign

Ok you know Anti-Pop. That's it. You are being an ass. chill out man! i'm trying to learn here!

Also, I don't have pokemon Emerald and I wont get one just for one move. for what I have the Meta moveset should be this

    Adamant @ Leftovers
    252 Atk/172 Def/86 HP
    Bullet Punch(not Explosion)
    Earthquake
    Hammer Arm
    Meteor Mash

Explosion I'll leave for Bronzong. Sacrificing a perfetly wall-like Metagross you all have said works, but no one really exaplined why.

Also for god's sake, when you exaplin things to me, use full names or whatever, I just came here and I don't know the terms most of you use most of the time.

Inexpereinced player? who in God's name are you to say that? stop judging people I have been playing quite a while now. Say you need to work on your ideas not you are inexperienced. I have been trying to get to some sort of benificial argument with some of you and everytime I get some one flamming my ass as if I had muderered the queen!

Also, to me, Clauses are Rubbish. Why?? you say luck items?? well let me break it to you pal, pokemon is a game on which luck plays a major factor and if we have that in our movesets, we can have it in our items and strategy's. Using legends who seem to be way over board is also Way cheap. heatran and Azelf I can understand but using things beyond that seems too Cheap. They are unfair because of their usually superior stats.

I find it hilarious that you procede to make a point, than go and contridict yourself.

You are already causing turmoil. Don't soil your name even more. If you wish not to be thrown out of the boat, you'll take people's statements and suggestions with dignity. If you can't handle it then get off these forums and dry your tears elsewhere.

And a good day to you sir.

First, off, luck plays a very little part. Only rookies need to rely on that. Getting a Speed boost based on luck is cheap & cheezy, and if you need that to win...

By luck in moves, I presume you mean accuracy? That is an unfortunate bit we must bear, and good players don't "rely" on a miss to suceed. In fact, any self respecting player feels awful when luck is the reason they won.

As for legends, yes, there are legends that shouldn't be usd. They are called ubers. Goes to show how much "experience" you really have. These are the things you should know before cursing insulting others because they have showed you the obvious flaws.

I am also sick of flamehaze. He makes this great post, and I have no room to fit it on my sig. flamehaze 1, sims796 0.

    Until round two...

Ok, I have to attempt to defend myself here. That Metagross cannot really take on Hera that easily. Sure, it can switch into like a Stone Edge or something, but CC and Megahorn both mess it up badly. With either Life Orb or CB, Metagross can OHKO Hera (if it has Lefties or something, it will 2HKO) but it CANNOT switch in, as it will get outsped and 2HKOed. So, I wouldn't call that Metagross a Heracross counter.

That Salamence, however, definitely is a Hera counter with AA. I must have overlooked that guy or something...
