    In yellow, I had a Pikachu. (obviously) The pikachu was possbily the worst pokemon I had ever had, it was so frustrating, I gave up on yellow and traded it to Crystal, and I evolved it. It was one of the best pokemon in Crystal. Level 50, but totally DECIMATING Red's Snorlax in ONE HIT. So I traded back to yellow and won. Ironic, but in a good way.

    So, care to share your weird stories?

    Sorry, not to be rude but it seems like you are telling a story here and did not put anything anywhere to tell a story that relates or something.So please do explain to me what this thread was created for, or Im sorry I will have to close it.
     
    Um. I caught a Machop in Blue and taught it Rockslide. I gave it the male symbol in its name because I wanted to use it for breeding. I trade it over to one of the newer games, and it's a female x_X. Of the 25% chance that stupid thing could be female, and it was the one I wanted to breed.
     
    Well, I cought a Mew in R/B and he was impossible to train, really, I traded him over to Crytal and in one hour he was at 60 (he was at 35 before) O_o strange huh?
     
    Well, on Yellow I traded over some of my Pokemon right, and when I was trading it said they were ALL male. None of the Pokemon from my yellow were female. But when I traded over, one of them was shiny(and wasn't supossed to be), one was a female, another had a Master Ball(I have no idea where THAT came from), and another was normal, except that it only knew Growl and Tackle(It has Bite and Swift in yellow though o_0).

    did you get that by using the laverder town glitch?
     
    I caught a shiny zubat on my siver and traded it to my bro's gold and he trained it to lv46 golbat. He traded it back to me and it wasn't shiny anymore but I had 12 masterballs.

    can't pikachu in yellow learn surf? i think it's like one of the only chances you can get to teach a pikachu surf which would really be a helpful move for a pikachu/raichu. and after you evolve it or trade it back i guess it doesnt follow you around anymore?

    weird stories... back when i was still on RBY i had a good team which i named after famous male people (was into anime back then so most were male characters names)... of course trading it to GSC my team were all (cept for nidoking) freacking female. >< why?
    and one summer i was playing GSC with some kids i was watching over for summer rec and one kid took it,played from the beginning and didnt save and played a bit then turned it off. when i turned it on again it said something weird i dont remember and whoops, no more game and 100+ hrs lost. SIGH
     
    I thought you couldn't trade Pikachu in Yellow?

    Hmm... maybe I'm just forgetting things. I restarted my Yellow just today.
