Well, check the main hoster.

If it's up, then you know your account got booted.
 
Not necessarily, perhaps they have a few servers and his is the only one that is down. If it was booted you'd have a site not found, not a connection timeout...
 
Yeah, it happens to all server unfortunatly. My server has gone down yet, but thats because i have control over it. Some big company servers go down due to problems in the backbone or connection. Good things come to those who wait :D

LOl.. a webmaster is someone who owns a certain site... So basically your a webmaster or in my case a webmistress (so is JA). Its not to hard, maybe just take some tutorials on html/PHP that may help you.
 
lol i'm dumb ^^ i shouldn't of ever said that it just made me look very dumb i meant to say a web designer i got a person that helps out (the person who is hosting my site) but i wanna make my site really coool ^^

@latioscatcher Thanks what hacking programs i need? really i don't need much i just could not upgrade them because my site was down i will soon put agixp 4.11 (it has alot of bugfixes) and alot of other programs that will be upgraded
