What the hell is IVs and EVs? I've been playing pokemon on handheld religeously scince its release, and have never come accross these.

They're Indiviual Values and Effort Values.

eevee, voltorb, ganger, vulpix can be any nature you want and I will check the TCGW Pikachu's nature for you also the it's the Gamestop Pichu

I can breed pokemon to a level and nature of your choice and I will tell you the stats for the Pichu and Pikachu soon.

i want eevee to know dig irontaill or shadow ball
and vulpix to have flash fire the abilty
