What I mean is if one votes the wrong selection accidentally (though maybe I'm the only dimwit that does?), an ability to 'unvote' and then vote again as normal within, say, five or ten minutes, would be nice.
I think you missed OP's point. You wouldn't get to revote and add a tally to each option over again... you'd be rescinding your old vote and voting again. There wouldn't be the option to cheat. :/I don't like that idea.(No offense)
It'd basically be unfair to everybody because MORE than ONE person will probably vote for the SAME THING over AND OVER again.
I capitalized those things because I thought it would catch your attention of what I'm trying to say.
It wouldn't be a fair poll,to summarize it up.
what if your opinion changes in the future? you cant double check with what hasnt happened. That doesn't sound like a bad idea. But maybe something like, you click the vote button and then a box pops up asking you if you're sure you want to vote. Then you can double check to make sure you selected the right one. Either that or you could just be a little more careful when it comes to voting on polls. :P
I thought that it'd be worth suggesting in case it is, but I'd guessed it might not after all. Thanks for your time anyway.Unfortunately it's not within vBulletin's limits to do something like that.

i support this idea 100%
would it not be used for the same purpose? so why even bring up that difference if it holds the same use for both? either way you would need to delete your vote and re vote. no difference in use.
That isn't what the OP suggested. The OP suggested, and as did the member you quoted, that if you click the wrong one or whatever, not if you change your mind.
