4th Gen Action Replay Request: Trainer Pokemone Level Modifier

Hi, I'm surprised I haven't found one with my hours of google-searching. If any of you would know of an Action Replay code that modifies opposing trainer pokemons' levels for Soul Silver version, or may know of a good place to go to find or request one, please tell.
