I've figured out how to put custom pokemon from my computer to my DS, easy cake now. The only thing i can't do is customize the sprites associated with the pokemon, is there some tool, etc that would allow me to do so? Maybe not necessarily add an entirely new pokemon to the game, but at least change the sprites that are attached to certain pokemon or PKM files?

You'd want to ask in the ROM hacking section I believe, or one of the subsections of Emulation anyway. There's various sticky threads there including a Questions thread to make use of, but as this section is for discussing the 4th gen games rather than giving advice on altering game files, you should try there.

    Thread closed.
