Adding to an existing shop's inventory

I'm modifying the Pokémon Godra fangame and want the two big-city department stores to sell some PP-restoring items. Which file(s) do I need to edit in RMXP?

you don't you alter the guys inventory who sells things.

If you have access to the .rxproj file, you need to go the specific map where you want to edit.

Then you have to right-click the event which sells the items, and change it there.
