    hey people, this is andinator and this thread is about what you would wanna do if you suddenly became an administrator of PC. what would be the first thing you would do? what would you change in you profile now that you could?
     
    I'm an admin on another forum, and I do/would do whatever I normally...do.
     
    Fulfill my duties and perform as expected of me, the very first thing would be exploring and understanding what I can do and how I should do it, no one wants to be a bad staff member^^
     
    Begin to find out when exactly PC got hacked.
     
    PC got hacked?!?!? man im slow. anyways, i have a nice variety of answers. but i was actually thinking more positively, but those are good answers. but i will say that i would agree with tokin. although i dont think that that would be what the two of us would be doing if we actually did become admin
     
    In my opinion, I really don't prefer the admin status. Haha I just think it's way too much work for me. But it would be awesome if I could handle the work.

    I had to take so much bull on another fairly large forum (PFU) simply as a moderator, but I can't imagine what it'd be like to be a couple of steps higher up on the staff ladder on a forum at least thrice as big. ._.;
     
    If I was admin, I would become the Lock Nazi. I always come across threads that need to be locked right away as I check my usually forums every half an hour (I'm babysitting my sister and have nothing else to do. She hogs the TV and if she cries, I'm grounded.).
     
    I'd do my job as an administrator. I don't want to look into things that I don't know now, nor do I want to change anything for myself. I'd just do staffly stuff. :/
     
    If I was an admin, I'd beat up the noobs, just try to do my best to help run the forum, try to give good input in all staff matters, come up with features and suggestions for PC. That sort of thing.

    Of course, I'd never be an admin at a forum as big as PC. XD

    yeah I'm the admin of another forum as well and it's a lot of work trying to watch over mods and members. Looking at updates on the site, if you can't commit a certain amount of hrs to the site, it could go down in shackles. So If I were admin of PC, I'd probably ask to be demoted back down to a reg member. I'm lazy lol
     
    I can just imagine Steve posting here right now...

    Anyways, if I were an admin, I would more of that type that follows democracy and see what requests I could fill for members while still keeping control. I would like to see the opinions of members more.

    Then, I would go bankrupt and come back a few years when I can actually pay for the forum :P.

    But I really wouldn't play a prank on the members by pretending they've been modded at April Fools, seriously, that was a cruel joke. Although it could have been more realistic with a PM.
     
    The first thing I'd do... find the person who lost the Admin spot to me and give the position BACK!

    I can't mod. I'm afraid I'll do something stupid and it'll crash the entire forum!

    If I were to be an admin, let's just say I wouldn't be the admin of anything anymore for a while. ;)
     
    Id make sure that the forums are clean no spam is left undeleted and no noob tries to bash on anything. An iron hand like that plus 6 hoursv a day is my dream but oh well cant get everything.
