I think he does and that reminds me when you run out of pokemon to adopt can I help make some new sprites? think about it alright

can you make an ice mew that is black? it is a black mew with red eyes and has icey feet and tail and it ears are bigger (um by icey I mean covered with ice!)

Can you describe the black ice Mew in more detale please, im not sure what u mean! lol...how can it be black and ice???
 
I don't know maybe it means like it has very bad frostbite
